Nill star is required for this fraud people. I did prepaid order of apple charger in there website and its been a month now I still dint receive the product. I have been calling the customer care for ages and no response. The tracking shows the seller has not handed over the product. Now i get switched off as answer for customer care. I dint not see reviews properly else i would have not ordered from them. I need my money back or delivery of product. This kbrl ventures mentioned in there site it is fraud company I guess. Did anyone purchase from there website and get product delivered?

There is no option at North Bengal to buy good apple products that’s why they are doing this type of fraud. Lots of people complaining about them . Owner should take responsibility. So many customers write a review but they never replied. My experience was too bad purchasing a I phone but they didn’t provide GST bill . Once I was requesting them they clearly told me will call you and update you regarding this bill. But again same thing No response from anyone. Sales person name - Pritina Chetri . Worst experience. No option to anyone that why . Big fraud and Big scam

UPDATE: I gave 5 stars 8 months ago. My recent surprise visit last week to this store was terrible. Shifting my stars to two. The staff changed, and very unresponsive and didn;t properly listen to the requests after asking 3-4 times. --Old Review-- Really clean, safe, hassle-free experience and great staffing. I bought a Macbook Pro 14". Must recommend store, if you are looking to buy apple products and you are near Siliguri :)

It's a good place only for first time Apple users. Because it's easy for the store staff to scam them with anything. If you are a tech savy person and a real Apple lover, please do not visit this particular showroom. It's better to visit the store, check out your favorite device in hand. Then order from other shops or online. Don't buy from here. Some pros and cons of this store. Pros: Varieties of devices in display. That's all. Cons: - Most of the devices are out of stock. - Staffs are having lacks of knowledge. Even a 10 years old kid knows better. Even the Security Guard knows better than the staffs. - All the 3rd party accessories (mostly Chinese, which they don't accept) are overpriced. 10times costlier than market price. - Beware of the financing company specially. Like Bajaj Finanace etc. The finance person will loot you just like that. - Staffs behaviour is the worst.

I recently bought the iPhone 14 Pro from here, and I gotta say, the staff there was super helpful throughout the entire buying process. Mr. Krishna, an Apple employee, went above and beyond to assist me both in online and offline mode . The staff's behavior was top-notch, and I highly recommend visiting the store. Don't even think twice, just go ahead and blindly buy an iPhone from Imagine. You won't be disappointed! 📱😊

I purchased Apple Macbook pro 14 inch online from this store on April 26th 2022. Got a good discount. Flexible payment options were also provided. Customer support is excellent, helpful and timely as well. I definitely recommend this store to others.

I seriously doubt how is it 4.8 rated the staff members don't have a proper knowledge on the phone specs just the basics and they act as if they don't wanna make a sale. People should start visiting different apple stores for having a proper experience definitely not this one . Have a proper staff line up.

I had a great experience at imagine store city centre. Staff were very helpful, polite and welcoming. The service they provided was excellent and they cleared all the queries regarding my requests. I would highly recommend all the imagine lover customers to do visit the store and buy products from them!!!

This is the second time i have visited the store to buy Mac book air, I phone 15 and watch. However the staff has not shown an interest in entertaining and explaining things to the customer and told that it's time to close the store and billing can't be done. I appreciate the discipline and haste to close the store at sharp 2055hrs.

Its really disappointing for the fact that the service of the so called India's Best Apple Store is so pathetic. For the past few months I have been trying to get in touch with the staffs of the store. But no response from their side. I had purchased ipad last year. Until then it was ok, but now when I am trying to enquire about the other products why so laid back response from the side of your store. I even visited the store myself. Had to wait 20 to 30 mins to get the information about the payment method and other details. But still no response was given so I had to leave the store just like that. Even after that, I am constantly trying to message and call in all the numbers available to me. But all the numbers are either switched off, unavailable or forwarded. If we customers can't be treated right, then what's the use of service tag that you all show. Its really pathetic and annoying and the worst experience as a customer.

Not even one star. We have bought many apple stuffs from this store but last time when we checked in here everyone was trying to look busy as a matter of fact some of them weren't. Poorest service till now. They don't even remember their frequent customers. Everyone there judged me on the basis of clothes I had wore that day but forgotten the person I was to them before. One day was denoted as sir but another day was treated like a rag. I didn't wanted to review such but I'm compelled. Sorry, but you just lost a customer and all of his contacts too.

I recently went to buy an iPad 10th generation. Before purchasing the product I had checked for the price with 2 of the store staff who had confirmed the price. At the time of billing the price for payment was increased. Upon checking why this difference they said that this is the final price. The staff is incompetent and does not know the products they are selling. The store is mismanaged and when you ask for details they are clueless and they make excuses that staff is new and manager pretends to shout at the staff but gives a very bad customer experience being a premium store and paying so much for the product. This is the first ever store which gives such poor experience to its customers. Please train your staff and give proper customer experience, this is not a mom n pop shop but a premium one.

Had a great experience buying iPhone 15 plus from this store. Staff's were really helpful and polite specially Tshering Bhutia he helped us with transfer of data from old phone to new phone. Good service would like to visit again in to purchase Apple products. Keep it up! 👍

Worst experience till date. First booked Apple watch as it was not available in showroom in City Centre Mall. Took my order & contact details & told to come next day. Drove 20 Km in rain next day to find neither the executive nor watch was available. Felt cheated. Apple please take their licence.
