It's finger licking good... Though I am vegetarian and my friend non vegetarian... Sometimes I have to go to KFC.. There are few good option for vegetarians.. I prefer veg meal box.. Veg zinger burger is always in my list when I go to KFC... Though this KFC has usually a rush.. And we have to wait. Generally during weekends.. But the staffs are quite efficient....

If u r fst time in kfc and buying chicken price 99 single piece or have more. You can buy Pepsi with it or may be not as ur wish. When you buy chicken they will provide pickle pouch with this but they will offer you to buy red or white pickle one teaspoon will cost 38 so if you like the taste then buy other wise no need to buy .

No doubt. The place is very good and so the food. Best part is they sanitize everything in this covid situation. So everything is very clean and hygienic. Service is also good. Would recommend. And food quality was also very good. I really liked this place ❤️

The shift manager needs to make sure the people don't crowd at the ordering counter, rather follow a queue system. People have no sense just crowd the counter. But the duty manager should advise people to come in a line so that people who are standing in the queue are not by-passed. Food wise, it is ok. Chicken is a bit hard than usual...

Nothing much to say about the food. You've been to one KFC outlet, you've been to them all. Nothing new. Place was moderately busy. Tables were clean, hand sanitizer station was placed near the entryway 👍🏼. They did however, get our orders wrong 👎🏼. Asked for 3 beverages, gave us 4. Asked for extra fries, which we paid for, didn't include it. Had to go and remind them, didn't believe us. Had to show them the bill to prove it 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼.

This branch of KFC is located inside the city central mall. The food is really good. But the staffs do not listen well enough. I specifically asked for 2 extra colddrinks only with the box meal and they billed me for 3 extra fries as well, and would not give me a refund, so we had to eat it. Also the cold drink contained "half cup" of cold ice cubes. I literally took out all the ice as it was so cold that you would get a brainfreeze in a 32 degree temperature. You have to pay Rs. 35 extra for the dips. I ordered 1 dip the counter girl entered 3 dips in my bill, however gave us only 1 dip with our meal. When I looked at the bill AFTER eating my meal, and told them about it, asking for a refund, they instead gave me the other 2 dips hurriedly. (why should I want the dips after I have already eaten my meal?). The place was very hot (no fan or AC) and crowded. The staffs were too slow to clean the tables, hence we had to sit in a dirty table for 10 whole minutes after which it was finally cleaned. The bad smell of the washroom surrounded the entire room. However the food was really good. Tips: Order the cold drink without ice. One dip is more than enough for a bucket meal. If you visit with a group of 2-3 very hungry people, order a biryani, is worth the price.

Me and my friend had some fried chicken from this outlet of KFC on 30-10-2022. On the very same night the 3 of us started vomiting till morning. Now we are hospitalised due to food poisoning.

Great as always, but billed for Dipping S(₹47), while served Mayonnaise(MRP ₹30). Totally cheating.

KFC at City centre Mall is being guarded by stray dogs. Really you will be put off. Poor management by Mall staff. I tried reporting on KFC website and devyani intl, but unable to report. KFC matigara is not available in their site

The taste and quality of the food overall is not as good when compared to other outlets. Obviously KFC have much better outlets elsewhere.

No one can beat the teste of KFC fried items. It's very testy and juicy. I had ordered : chicken popcorn Biriyani , chicken griled Biriyani and masala cola. It was little bit over crowded.

Honestly probably the only reason to visit city centre is grabbing a bite from KFC. The staffs are really friendly and make sure you don’t have to wait too long for your order. Atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from a fast food chain. People are coming in, always in rush, eating and leaving. Just the cycle of life.

Please when customer asked you recommend for family buckets you should recommended family buckets not 4 pc one and she asked me how many chicken you’re looking I told her that I was looking for 12 to 16 pc chicken I thought she give me family bucks deals but when I paid I realize she charge me 4 pc chicken into 4 I do understand she trying up selling but it’s scamming towards to customers and if wants to more details check out dates 8-6-2023 timing 8:40 token number 0613 Even the manager so busy on the phone at least he should train the staff properly and I do understand this multiple million brands and who ever own this franchise please check out your teams

Don't go in weekends if are the one who doesn't like to wait for long.. Otherwise in weekdays it's nice..lesser people ..manageable for the staffs. What else.. Everytime you hog a lot n say I won't eat again kfc soon..but once u r near it ..u will be entering the kfc again ..that's kfc

Visited this KFC on 29/08/2022. I can confirm this i had the worst experience among every KFC i had visited. The AC wasn't there and the cooler wasn't working at all. I couldn't eat my food, kept sweating and left as soon as possible. Worst ambience.

I ordered the chicken chizza from KFC and was extremely disappointed with my experience. When my order arrived, the food was all messed up and there was no cheese at all, which is the key ingredient of this dish. I was expecting a delicious meal, but instead, I received something that was not only messy but also incomplete. I hope that they take my feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure that their customers receive the quality of food that they expect and deserve.

Never try chicken roll… worst thing that i have tried in kfc literally it taste so bad i cant even express just one piece kf chicken strips with some sauce and onion wrapped in paratha

I am a KFC lover. Must try food. The taste of chicken is awesome. No one can compete them. One thing that I don't like is the place is always crowded, so that sometimes have to face some difficulty for seat.

It's not a restaurant it's an addiction. From the beginning of CC KFC serving millions of smiles.

KFC This restaurant is very busy and you have to stand in queue for several minutes or might be we stepped in rush hours. Also no air conditioning, stuff need to respond fast on tables. We have gone for Dinner but due to poor condition, hot ambiance we choose to take away.

When will you install an AC?? There is only one cooler present and the temperature is not tolerable inside at all..How will we enjoy our food?Even a small cafe has AC these days...Why are you guys troubling your customers who visit frequently?Such a big brand and extremely poor service!!

The tastiest chicken one can have! The ambience was also amazing and we didn't had to wait long in a queue. It's just that we think the prices are overrated.

Whenever we do Take Aways from City Centre, Siliguri, we always get burger with small piece of meat. I always let it go thinking employees are in a rush, but today it was too much, we are paying Rs.200+ for one burger and there is more bun than the meat.
