Great ambiance, Transparent pricing and billing structure, staff Mrs. Simmi was well behaved and well mannered also she was very cooperative, she put all her efforts to find a pendant of my choice, which I showed her from the website of tanishq and ahe able to deliver the exact match so I was happy 😊, and all other staffs was also very supportive. All over good customer experience which is the result of collective staff efforts.

Visited yesterday during exchange offer on gold. Guy out there checked the purity of gold and said it's 21 carat so I have decided to exchange the old one with new. As, I agreed on purchasing so shopkeeper guy melted the old gold and upon checking, the purity reduced to 16 carat. I was surprised how the purity level drastically reduced. It's a loss of 34k approx rupees which is a big amount. Tanishq shop is running a scam of exchange gold offer and earning profits.

Sale staff were polite and friendly with good knowledge of jewellery. No one can complain about the quality of Tanishq, as it is a Tata product. My review is simply a reflection of the billing counter behaviour. There were 4 people on the counters but only one guy was actually doing the bill. When I asked why they are not billing even there is people in queue, they said they don't do bill and the way they said was so rude !!!

There was a lack of transparency and reluctance on part of staff team to come clean on gifts etc. Found team hiding facts and very evasive to thr extent of getting rude despite having records as a long term and fairly high networth customer . Very disappointed....seemed like they were hiding customer benefits and making people make requests...by the way the so called gifts were very notional on terms of value but they do reflect attitide to make customers feel good. Very disapppointing experience and certainly not expected from a TATA organisation.
