Very shabby place. We were not allowed use the washroom. Service was very poor. The pizza served was partially uncooked. Not a good place to dine in with family and children, coz washroom not allowed.

It's always a blessing to have a renowned food chain in any city & bikaner has ticked this box in it's checklist. Although the number of options in this dominos are limited, yet the taste is same. The ambience is decent and the staff is supporting and welcoming. Pro tip- Do ask them for offers, they always have one or two offers available.

Its dominos.. So pizzas are obviously good but there are few extra things which i would like to add.. 1.First of all there is no drinking water facility in dominos so you have to buy a water bottle if you want to drinkk water.. 2.i think employees that work there have an attitude problem or they are moody.. But they even dont have a smile on their face.. Rest is all good.. You can go with you family and enjoy your pizzA 🍕

Extremely poor delivery system....had to wait for a lot of hours to receive fully rotten meal...they keep the laziest unskilled delivery boy to deliver all deliveries simultaneously. Not at all willing to improve the system ... keeping cheap delivery staff to keep the profits high without even bothering about any repeated customer complaints.

Very bad experience. Pizza was overcooked Toppings were not fresh. Premises was not clean. Staff was good.

Everything is good but They don't provide Home delivery in Old city Bikaner. If they can't provide with their own Riders, they need to collaborate with 3rd party logistics service.

Its the worst Domino's I have ever visited and it's a mess... We asked them to clean the place and then they realised that it is actually dirty...I wish I had taken a few pictures of the place and sent it directly to their executives who could have taken strict action against them

Their service was good earlier, but now it's worst. They don't even have water cooler or drinking water facility. You have to buy bottles. Cleanliness 0, behaviour with customer 0. We just go there for taste of pizza. Otherwise not worthy.

Quality of food is not good in recent times. Only new pizzas available and no more choices. Small sized , unfriendly staff.

I travel alot and being a Foodie i prefer to go for brands in small towns.. known outlets like Dominos, KFC and Mc'D served handy & packed food online but in bikaner Dominos branch online or desk orders is same pathetic condition 🤨 I always get disappointed by this Dominos branch. Always Always ALWAYS NO Offers ! NO complementary stuffs! If Application shows discounts & offers still they don’t care Not humble and Good gesture regarding customer 😒

Very bad experience....everywhere dust...tables was not clean...boxes were there...very bad experience with food also...not hygienic...quality was very bad...staff is also not good and hygienic

I took out on the new year eve. The service was super bad. They mentioned a waiting time of 45 mins and delivery was after 1:15 hr. The atmosphere is really dirty. We ordered the tandoori paneer pizza wich was very tangy in taste. I don't recommend this if you don't like tandoori sauce.

It's good place. A simple cheddar cheese pizza is good deal under 100. Also you can try onion paneer, it's also good in taste

0 stars. The ambience, service, cleanliness, and sitting area was not upto the standards of Domino's. Very disappointed with how this center has depreciated its value over time. Even pizza was not served properly. The sauces were not spreaded in proper manner...bills, pizza boxes and tissues were littered all over the place. Very bad condition.

Very nice experience we had while eating out there. The ambience in this place is awesome.

Pizza was great, no brainer. Evenly baked and lived upto expectations. But the store didn't have majority of cold drinks, little choices, better ask them to check before ordering. Some of the new chairs need to be replaced with new ones. Ventilation could be proper.
