A property of Rajasthan tourism development corporation, situated at the heart of the city with ample space. Property Needs a serious attention towards maintenance.

It doesn't have a proper maintenance. Hygiene and washroom conditions is not fine. This property needs to be renovated. I will not recommend anyone to stay here until and unless it's very urgent. Only the positive thing here was behaviour of Manager and staffs behaviour. OVERALL RATING:- 2/5

Strategic location, big property but govt has been neglecting it.

They mention that the breakfast is complimentary and they intentionally delay the food so that guests leave without having it. Extremely poor service.

very bad experience with Dhola maru I personally recommend that no one book in this hotel It's totally waste of money It's looking like a Dharmshala Rooms and washrooms were very Dirty and pathetic condition , Dusty blankets and braked mattresses

Rooms are good in size but washrooms are in worst conditions .Room service is very bad. Timings of Breakfast and dinner is not good.

Very average govt hotel, value for money coz if it's location however the rooms quality is not great. It has an onsite bar but the overall quality is shabby. It has a large parking area and is adjoining the ganga state museum.

Awful, simply awful, dirty rooms, third class service, food not tasty, utter disgraceful experience..

Very poor service. Rooms weren't great. Restaurant was closed. Had to go outside for food. No power backup

The condition of this guest house is at its worst. The surroundings as well as the hallways, rooms and dining room were also very poorly maintained. There was no sign of cleanliness in any corner of the guest house. On top of that the utensils used for serving were also in a very shabby condition. I would suggest the people reading my review to reconsider your decision if you're thinking of lodging here.

Zero star. Hotel should be closed by RTDC The condition is very very poor ,worst than a rain basera . The walls are broken AC makes noise Bathroom is very dirty Forget,the staff is very bad mannerless and drunkard. A chowki daar Teeka ram denied us entry at hotel and misbehaved with my wife. He was drunk . Despite making full payment, he denied us admission. I made formal complaint but then I withdrew it because they refunded our money. Since, we were at Bikaner for enjoyment so I also ignored it as I took room at a Nice hotel Harasar Haveli but memories are very bad at Bikaner

An economy hotel situated in the heart of the Bikaner city. Deeply rooted in folklore and oral traditions. It is named after the love story of Narvar prince Dhola and poogal princess Maru, married in their childhood.

One of the best residential hotels in Jaipur. Employees were very polite and highly professional.

Dhola maru property location is good, rooms ok. Hotel administration is very poor @Rs 1200+12%gst.It has become a private marriage hall business with RTDC's assistance.Room service is zero and no provision of food. An example of how state govt./corporation unholy nexus.

Lacks restaurant, the interiors of the room is not clean. The walls of the rooms contains cracks, the bathroom is not too clean.

Hotel is at good location but now very old and rooms are not clean, almost no room service

Location is good. But the hotel needs lots of maintenance. Floor tiles both room and bathroom were broken. Ceiling was damped. Plug points was broken. No electricity generator facility. The food quality was also average. So, overall experience was not pleasent.

Bad service, Bad rooms, bad behaviour of staff . Overall I will never check into this hotel. RTDC need to change lot of things here.
