Bikaneri bhujia, often simply called bhujia, is a popular crispy snack prepared by using moth bean flour and besan (gram flour) and spices, originating from Bikaner, a city in the western state of Rajasthan in India. It is light yellow in colour. Bhujia has become not just a characteristic product of Bikaner, but also a generic name.

Its having best quality of everything whether its sweets rajkachori or any other namkeen..situated at the prime location. They even have good quality of methi laddus. They have nice quality of paneer kofta.you can try these rather than going for pizza here.

Couldn't get into the famous shop next door so eventually got into this one. The pyaz kachori was really good. Better than the one I had in jaipur. Couldn't have the namkeen from here. One positive is it has tables to serve people

Great food, good kachori. Overall good place . Eating area, can be kept more clean. We asked for tissue napkins, they did not have it. Chutney was kept in bottle, which was not looking very clean. But overall great food

Need to expand on their variety of namkeen and customer dealing. Even when they just started the day's sales their crew did not take much interest in showing and offering first time suggestions to us as we were completely new to the place. Guidance was not appreciable. But taste of the namkeen was okay.

Good snacks in the main market area of Bikaner.

Had pyaaz ki kachori, dal kachori and malpua from here. Pyaz ki kachori and malpua were amazingly delicious! Malpua just melted in the mouth and the sweetness was just right. Dal kachori wasn't great. It had too much heeng (asofetida). They don't have seating options.

Not to miss the dal kachories. I travelled all way from Delhi with all plans to get them while returning from Bikaner.
