Outstanding Hotel, The hotel is visibly amazing even before you enter. Check-in process was seamless and very well organized. The rooms are very large and the room service is very good. The lights at night looked really beautiful from indoors and outdoors. When I was staying there was rain and it looked beautiful. Overall it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bikaner. Tip: Don't forget to book the table in Gaushala. Mention: Mahesh (Gaushala Restaurant) who is always there to help us in our entire trip.

Narendra Bhawan Hotel belonged to the Earlier Ruler of Bikaner Maharajah Narendra Bhawan. It was a Haveli which which is now converted into a Hotel. One of the best experience of this place is its amazing vintage and well preserved structure. The staff is very courteous and kind. The rooms were also quite decent and the overall quality of bathrooms was also quiet nice. The crowd staying in this hotel is also quiet posh. The base category room is Residence and the other categories are Prince, Regimental, India and Republic Suite. The cost of rooms include complimentary breakfast as well. Dinner and lunch cost is extra. One point worth highlighting is that since we were celebrating a personal occasion, the hotel staff even arranged for a nice complimentary cake as a gift which was extremely generous of them. Overall a very wonderful stay experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bikaner.

A boutique Palace hotel with modern rooms. Has a lot of artifact in the hotel located at various places especially in the lobby area. As you enter an outside dining place with air coolers and lounge before you get to reception. Each rooms has entry overlooking the courtyard. The rooms are spacious with bathrooms having made storage spaces fixed and loose The water glass is made of marble in the bathroom. AC with the temp outside touching 34 C make it chilly. One needs to look from the summer days which is 50 at times. They have 24 hr gym and a spa. Night time it looks like a candle lit place and has very superb ambience

Did not stay here so can't say about the rooms however the hotel was spectacular, very well maintained and probably the best place I saw in all of Bikaner (except for the historic fort and sights of course.). All areas of the hotel from the lobby to the dining room and outdoor courtyard are beautifully decorated and welcoming. There are cozy, heated nooks making it a lovely place for a date or romantic dinner. We only had a couple of Indian appetizers but they were delicious and generously sized, drinks were also of a good standard. It is pricey but felt at least that it was worth it for such a nice experience. Staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Would definitely return and also stay there next time.

I gave them 3 rating because of the broken door of the washroom and very very small space for bath. Bathroom bathing space is so small that You cant move your arms even. Breakfast was awesome and delicious and quality of good is superb. They keep so many options for breakfast that you Feel so good and happy and everything is delicious.

Prepare to be treated like royalty! This place is insanely devine. The interiors are incredible and the quality of the restoration/renovation is the best I've seen in India so far. The food is fantastic - seriously, there aren't enough adjectives to describe this place. Just stay here! Oh, and visit the fort - it's out of this world.

Who might have felt that Narendra Bhavan would end up being so Gorgeous! The weather conditions was cold yet the glow of individuals there simply keeps you blissful and warm. It was certainly worth the long excursion and 2 flights! Much obliged to you!

It's an beautiful and osm place for stay parties and all.... Authentic 5 star hotel! The room was clean, very quiet and very well prepared. The service I received was fantastic, and I felt very welcomed. Public spaces are glorious and old fashion. They have live music in the lobby hall, which is pretty relaxing.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Every single person take due care to make our trip memorable. Special mention for the Chef Prateek who went out of his way to serve us one of the best food . Every dish he made was extraordinary and he made sure to meet us for every meal. Also Mr. Narendra really took great care of us and was extremely hospitable. Thank you Mr. Nitin for assisting us from the time we booked till the time we checked out . You really made our holiday a great experience! A highly recommended hotel to unwind and enjoy the hospitality at its best ! Thank you once again the entire Narendra Bhawan team !

We really liked this hotel! Such a nice and elegant hotel with great service. We were not extremely happy with the rooms, as unfortunately we were given a room with barely any windows (the only windows that were there, they had a lattice which made it difficult to see and for natural light to come in. However, the rest of the room was quite nice. The areas and decoration of the hotel were very very elegant and well kept. The food and dining area were perfect and the range of options and quality as well. I really recommend getting prepared scrambled eggs in the morning, so so good!

The hotel is good, the room service of the hotel is good and the staff is also well written.. but the driver who takes a long drive to bring the guest here, there is no facility for the driver to urinate and no one to sleep at night. The food is meant to be such a big hotel... There is no humanity for the driver in the hotel management... This thing seems very bad, isn't the driver human..

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel that had been a palace. The staff was extremely helpful. Only thing not 5 star were the beds, but that didn't ruin our stay.

Easy to locate We checked in around 1am and check in was smooth. Security guards escorted us till reception. Entrance and path to the reception was pitch dark though at that time. Room has touch of modernity and history with comfortable beds. Breakfast was served from 7-10 am and had a mix of cuisines from across India. Also had variety of breads and desserts. Taste was top notch Purpose of travel: business

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Incredibly rude customer service and they are actually trying to steal your money. They will charge you for many things you weren't expecting. When I spoke to Mr. Anuj, he told me that those were the policies of the hotel and that I should have gone to another hotel. I'm at a loss of words a 5 star hotel would do such criminal activities, this place should be 10 dollars a night, STAY AWAY!

Stayed here during the end of September for two nights, it was an exceptional experience. They welcomed us with Bikaner famous “Jasmine Flavoured Sharbat” with in-house papdi and pickle. A separate area for check-in, they make you feel comfortable. I liked their check-in process a lot. 😊😊 Best part of this building is 2nd Floor Courtyard which gives an awesome essence to this place. We enjoyed infinity swimming pool with Moon-rise💥♥️ Staff is really cooperative with smiling faces. We had tried almost everything in Breakfast, everything is plus one. Must stay place for your vacation.😊

We went to their restaurant last evening for dinner. Totally impressed by their hospitality and service. The food was good. We were served by a lady called Nisha. She was absolutely wonderful. We could see that she really loved her job and was enjoying what she was doing.

The hotel is marvelous. The decorations of the building is awesome. The service is excellent as well. The room was comfortable. The only bad side is that a lot of plugs in my room were broken and not working.

One of the finest in the Historic City of Bikaner. Art lovers will love the attention to details from Hussain's horses to loads of Victorian art decors. Each and every corner has a art deco that will mesmerize you. The restaurant has amazing food and staff.

One of the best hotels i have been to, the rooms, the welcome, the service all were top notch. I got the chance to meet the chef and i must tell you it was one of the best buffet breakfast we got to savor. Every thing was fresh and detailed to perfection. They had a small swimming pool at the roof top which was very nice too. I can never forget the warm welcome we got at this property

A very comfortable stay. Its a very nice comfortable hotel located in bikaner albeit a little expensive. Its a very beautiful hotel which gives a rajasthani feel the time you enter. They play a trumpet when you enter for the first time which gives an amazing feeling. They have a infinity pool and snooker table for recreation. And spa for relaxing. Rooms are nice and huge but washroom missing on bathtub. Breakfast spread was good and food otherwise was also good. They have an open air restaurant which gives good vibes in the night. Staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Do stay for a comfortable visit to bikaner. 5 mins from lal Garh palace and junagadh fort.

First the huge Appreciation for unmatched hospitality By Narendra Bhawan bikaner..!!!!They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. I had a wonderful experience at the Narendra Bhawan..!!!Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service..!!! Overall, I had a great experience with the Narendra Bhawan..!!!

One of the best luxury boutique hotels in India. The property is beautiful and very vintage. So are the rooms. The dining areas are stunning and the food absolutely delicious. The experiences they arrange are also worth it. We were taken to a lake and witnessed a beautiful sunset with some traditional Rajasthani performances and snacks. The staff is very courteous and they also have two beautiful dogs to pet.

Stayed here last Feb for 3 nights. Had a pleasant stay mostly because of the friendly staff. Food was pretty good too. The only issue was that they didn't have a place for our driver. Kind of unhappy with that. They should do something about this. A star less for this reason!

Special mention to Narendra Rana and Nisha in food and beverage section for their great care and attention Last but not the least they were so kind to accomidate us for the early check-in..

So we went for dine out at Narendra Bhawan during my recent Bikaner trip. We chose to sit out in open and the ambience was superb. We ordered penne pasta in mix sauce and farm veggie pizza and both were awesome. Looking forward to stay here as well in near future.

Beautiful and serene, Narendra bhavan has a colonial charm with ultra modern amenities. One of the best boutique hotel i have visited. It's bar and restaurant, especially the outside seating is a wonderful experience in evenings!

A royal welcome. Greeted by a number of staff members with folded hands as a bugle blows. A smooth check in by a smi g staffas you sit in the drawing room. Good sized room with all boxes ticked. Unobtrusive but efficient house keeping. The Shaving kit could be improved!! Unfortunately could not have any meals save breakfast which had a fair range and prompt service. Look forward to repeating a more leisurely stay.

With this property being on our bucket list for over two years we finally planned and executed our trip to this wonderful place, Bikaner and stayed at Narendra Bhawan. The location of the property is decent and within easily approachable distance. Since it is closely packed city, any mode of transport can bring you here. Welcomed by vintage cars and lush green entrance, we were truly amazed at the first sight of the property and were equally excited to enjoy our stay. We came in early and took an early check-in where, Mr Rahul, the concierge at that time helped us for a smooth check-in process and ensured we had a great experience right from the beginning. We booked the Residence room but were upgraded to the Prince room, courtesy the staff at Narendra Bhawan. As we entered the room, we couldn’t control our excitement. The room was ultra-spacious and had a decent sized washroom which was clean and tidy and had all the toiletries, an open area for dressing up with large sized cupboards and a king size bed with leisure chairs and ottoman by the side. Needless to say, we could already feel the royalty in our stay. The view outside the room was missing though but the central area of the bhawan was enough to make up for it. We then moved to breakfast where we did face a bit of a disappointment considering the spread available. We were expecting the breakfast to be more non-veg focused considering the city was the city of kodavas but nevertheless, we had a generic breakfast available at most of the luxury hotels. The difference was in the spread of sweets and some of the items of the city such as bhel or mirchi pakodas which we loved but expected more of such things. Anyhow, irrespective of what they were serving, we tried everything from dosas to paranthas, from puris to sausages etc and every item was worth every penny. The staff was courteous and made sure we had a lovely dining experience and also made sure that we ended our breakfast with jalebis and rabdis. The expectations in the breakfast were somehow met at the dinner where we had laal maas, gata curry and chicken. The food was way beyond perfect and we could just gobble up everything and still want for more. We also loved their pool area which depicted an infinity pool and one could actually see the sun setting. It was just marvelous. All in all, we had a great trip and fun at Narendra Bhawan. A special thanks to Mr Manish and Chavi who helped us in our booking.
