One of good & beautiful hotel to stay in middle city of Bikaner. Rooms are spacious and clean. All basic amenities available. Attached balcony with chairs and table to enjoy hotel and outside view. Hotel has a indoor and a outdoor restaurant, a bar cum restaurant with open area dining. Parking space available. A large & beautiful lawn area for any function. Staff is good and cooperative. Food was also very good. Always enjoyed staying here.

A very nice place to go on date, or with family as well. The ambiance is soo good. The staff was also well trained. I feel they should more focus on their chef, as the quality and taste of food are below average. A beautiful bar-type lounge is also there to get some hard beverages. Overall my experience was good, but I rate the food quality and taste below average.

Just don’t waste your money here. In short Service 1/5 Breakfast taste 2/5 Breakfast variety 0/5 Ambiance 2/5 I booked this hotel for two days on my trip to bikaner, everything was in close proximity of this hotel so no issue there. When we came to the hotel there was no one to welcome us or guide us to the reception. My wife and i came there on bike we were really exhausted and no one reception asked us for even water. At last i asked someone to give us a water bottle. Checkin process was easy. After that we went to our room which was ok nothing special for the price we paid. Bathroom was really small with no basic things in them like comb, brush etc. Water pressure was also low. The electric kettle was not even clean. No drinking water was given on the second day we have to call the room service for that too. Food here is costly, tasteless and not a lot if variety. They serve only vegetarian food in breakfast. For dinner and lunch you have to scan a qr code which opens a website that shows only menu, i don’t know how to book food from there. Swimming pool was also not clean and lots of mosquitoes if you are thinking of moonlight dipping. We paid 9k+ for two nights which is way above what this place deserves. We have stayed in five star hotels which cost less than this hotel and have better quality food and ambiance. They are converting many of the forts in bikaner to hotel i think, which is messing up with tourism, they also close the forts on Sunday which was converted to hotel. So beware of that also.

I stayed here for 2N during my west Rajasthan Tour during Dec 2022. Due to the 8hrs delay by train, we reached there around 3AM morning. The check-in was smooth even during such odd hour. The building is an old Mahal modernized with all contemporary facilities. The rooms are excellent with small balcony. The food is excelllent. The location is quite clean and posh. The hotel itself can be deemed as a tourist attraction due its interior. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay over here.

It's not worth staying here with high room charges. The only plus point is that it's a heritage hotel and its ambiance and food. Rest all very worst....such as service, staff behavior.. electric point was not working properly in the room. It's so much disappointing when we saw they kept 1rupee shampoo pouch in such star hotel.

If you're looking for a truly authentic heritage experience, you can't go wrong with Hotel Ganga Mahal in Bikaner. From the moment you step through the doors, you'll be transported back in time to a bygone era of luxury and elegance. The heritage ambiance of the hotel is truly spectacular. The decor is ornate and rich, with intricate detailing that is sure to impress even the most discerning of travelers. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. But what really sets Hotel Ganga Mahal apart is its commitment to preserving the heritage of the region. Everywhere you look, you'll see beautiful examples of traditional architecture and design. It's a true feast for the eyes, and it's the perfect way to immerse yourself in the culture and history of Bikaner. Of course, the hotel is also home to a range of amenities that are sure to make your stay even more enjoyable. And the food at the hotel restaurant is simply delicious, with a range of traditional dishes that are sure to delight your taste buds. All in all, I can't recommend Hotel Ganga Mahal highly enough. Clean and hygienic, easily accessible from the main road. The place is good for spending some time with family. The interiors have been well done up with maintaining all of its old heritage. The place offers a good outdoor bar and restaurant as well as indoor restaurant too. Good hospitality and good food.

Very elegant and well maintained property. Though swimming pool is well maintained, they need to add some more recreational activities for kids as well as families. Management is not flexible in regards to check in and check out timings even if you have small kids. They need to be more compassionate on case to case basis. Also breakfast buffet menu needs to be enhanced as very basic menu.

It has swimming pool , one of the oldest hotel in this city , old building of this hotel rooms wooden floor , but the windows are not water tight , if rain occurs water leaks inside the room , room was spacious , I love it . Mattress was soo comfortable. Breakfast service is good , but many of the items are stored in refrigerator, fruits cuts, bread , muffins . I expected to be fresh . I recommend to take room in the new building of this hotel .

Location is very good. Nearby is a food park on a still lake, most likely it is a sort of park. Variety of food can be explored. Staff service is good, breakfast was delicious. Would recommend it. I stayed just for a night but would recommend everyone to stay over here, it's a heritage property and for a car enthusiast it's a kind of heaven as you enter u can see two rare vintage cars. I couldn't click pics for some reason.

Best heritage hotel I stayed at during my Rajasthan tour. Variety of heritage items including 2 heritage cars at their entrance. Cozy rooms, great hotel garden area, wide spread breakfast. Would definitely recommend it.

We stayed here in first week of November 2023. Room sizes are good enough. It was not cleaned properly. Dusts ove chairs in balcony. Waste food marks on table. And no shower near to swimming pool. It is not 4 star property. You ll get good background for photographs. Location is also perfect.

I stayed with my family in this heritage hotel for three nights over Christmas recently, and I had a fantastic experience. Despite it being Christmas, it was not too crowded. (My perception is that tourists prefer Jaisalmer over Bikaner.) So it was very relaxing. Although property is not huge, it’s very elegant, not unsurprising given that it used to be Maharaja’s property. Corridors have beautiful paintings and classic furniture and mirrors. Spacious lawn and swimming pool with chairs to sit around. Rooms are spacious and it easily fit in an extra mattress for one of my 2 children with still ample room left to move around. There was a balcony with the room. There was also a small refrigerator in room which is not there even in some 4 star hotels. Housekeeping service was fast whenever we requested for extra water bottles, towels etc. They can upgrade the selection of their toiletries though. There was Lux brand soap. These little things give a premium feel otherwise. Booties were local low quality. Variety in breakfast was less but food was tasty. The manager was also helpful in getting outside food (pizza etc) heated and packing some bakery and bread for kids on our departure to Jaisalmer. Among the best part is its location. It’s next to chowpatty and we went there twice in three days, enjoyed boating, horse ride water roller and bungee for kids, and snacks, chaay. It seemed like a happening spot for city residents. People coming in evening just to chill out and even doing photo shoots. Hotel is also at walking distance from the fort.

We went for a getaway weekend in bikaner. Though we found bikaner to be unclean district but we enjoy our staycation in this hotel. Spacious room, swimming pool fun, clean gardens, breakfast was good too. Very good stay in affordable price. Location was great.

Excellent stay. Rooms were spacious, clean and came with an ac-cum-heater; clean bed linens and towels. Stayed on room number 212, 214 on 1st and 2nd Jan 2022. If you want to have a feel of the Raj era, you need not look any further. Lush green lawn, swimming pool, round the clock service. You can get a view of the water park from the balcony and the view is very refreshing. The restaurant is well decorated with fine artistic taste. Very tasty food with a lot of varieties and prompt service. Overall a nice place to stay and enjoy

Unresponsive and impolite. They feel like they're doing a favour serving guests. Best they had to offer was 'we can give you a place to sit where no one bothers you'. We already have homes, we came expecting a good service and polite staff.

The service was a little slow. Wanted dental kit, had to call multiple times, still didn't get it. Met the service staff to ask for it finally the next day.

This place developed as royal and heritage type ,ambience is nice ,very spacious ,as you enter left hand side there is a bar and in front of bar there is garden and fountain now comes to the food section there is both type food veg and non veg avilable in the menu but there is a limited option mostly there items from main course but i gives 4 star because of sandwich it only contains small amount of cheese and veggies and cost around 350 not a worth its actucal cost is only 60 rs

Very beautiful location for dinner. But the service was pathetic. The restaurant had only 10 tables to serve and the service was very slow. Took 30 mins to serve the starter. And with the premium they are charging the quality of food is very low. The punjabi lemon chicken we ordered was half cooked and tasted awful. They finally replaced it with some other dish. In all this mess when the final dinner was served, it was cold. Just plain cold rajasthani laal maas was served. I will not suggest it to anyone. There are better places in Bikaner.

What's wrong with your security guard. Arrogant and brainless. Very very basic rooms. Breakfast was far below average. Though room service from the menu was good. No toiletries were provided. An overall experience was average.

One of the best Heritage stays with great food, pocket friendly and cozy stay. Interiors are good and have antique artifacts, swimming pool , lawn , balcony views are good..in-house restaurant serves hygienic food , less oily with generous quantity and worth the price.. Breakfast had a good platter and variety..

Good hotel with comfortable beds. Food is very good, hotel has a pool which kids enjoyed. Property is very close to public parks and Junagadh palace. Instead of staying at a run of the mill place this is a great heritage place to see and live in. We stayed for 2 nights as a large family in the newer hotel wing within the heritage property. Place also has a bar but is pricey. Overall very good.

The hotel is located inside one exquisite example of Rajasthani Royal Architecture. The Bikaner fort is a sprealing structure in the heart of the city with adequate stories to satiate the trivia buff in me. The restaurant had nice options in the North Indian cuisine, alongside a bar with both outdoor and indoor seating. The bartender had quite an astute acumen of cocktails and did recommend me a couple of drinks to suit my pallette. The service was expectedly attentive and competent. Overall, a nice little getaway to a part of city I experienced for the first time.

Place is really good to stay, rooms are just like good corporate hotels in Delhi or metro cities. Prices are also reasonable if you look into other amenities.

Ganga Mahal is a heritage hotel in Bikaner and among the known names in the hospitality industry. Its a 50 rooms hotel with bar, pool and fine dine. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and offered a good sleeep😴 Breakfast spread was moderate. Dinner we ordered fried rice Manchurian, dahi k sholey,.spring roll and tomato soup and all tasted well. It was highly satisfactory stay and would recommend this place to all for your budget heritage staycation.

Renovation has been done well. Good and hygienic hotel. Calm place. Damn good swimming pool. Room door might need another latch. Will be good if foot mats are provided for restrooms.
