Please do not stay here. Facilities not good. Staff is not responsible. T.V not working. There’s no hot water for a shower. More expensive than the deserved value. I will advice you that you should not stay here at all. I don’t know why there are some good reviews here. The service is very poor

1. Absolutely filthy and unhygienic hotel. 2. No cleaning done in the room since ages. 3. We changed 3 rooms still found many issues in the assigned room. 4. The toilet seats weren’t cleaned and had old guests stool spots and stains were there. 5. To add to it, the stool stains were also found on the floor and the bed sheets. That’s so disgusting. 6. Also, it proved that no one changed the bedsheets, cushions covers after last guests left. 7. The toilet fittings were very old and weren’t operable easily. 8. The bath tub was completely rusted in which we were supposed to have bath. 9. The room walls had so much sticky dust since many years. 10. The water given for drinking was said to be RO but wasn’t even filtered. It was salty. 11. The cupboards were broken with no doors. 12. Mini fridge wasn't there. 13. Water kettle had dust inside. 14. Wifi was not covering the entire hotel.

Very poor service... They are not worry about anything....very very poor... Less staff and poor quality...taking too much times on any orders... Need to focus more on customer satisfaction and their services... Hope for better in future if they really want to be as per name and Fame..

I didn't liked the yellow lights in the whole hotel otherwise it's an ok hotel

It's a low cost hotel and some might want to call it budget stay, but the bottom line is that the hotel is not great. It's a typical case of the hotel having amenities (e.g. bathtub) but it's not maintained. The Bathrooms are downright Dirty and Filthy. Faucets leaking, hard water marks on all taps and mossy area under the wash basin. The moisturizer and shampoo bottles were used bottles and not replaced when we came in. We complained about the same and we were assured that it would be changed. BUT it was never changed. There were no coffee sachets, sugar sachets, milk powder in the room. There were 2 open tea bags and a third one which was a USED TEA Bag. The kettle had water marks all over it and should be discarded. Rooms were clean but could be better. Breakfast menu is not that great either and the food is cold. Further it takes a lot of time when you order freshly prepared items like omelette. Hotel staff is okay and respond when pushed. I asked for a cup of tea in my room and the First response is that buffet breakfast is laid in the restaurants, so you should have it there. When I insisted they agreed to give me one cup of tea in my room. The hotel has a great capacity to be turned into a 3 or 4 star hotel if they maintain their amenities. The looks of the hotel is really good, but it loses its shine as soon as we start using the amenities. Hotel owners or management should note this seriously and make amends.

Rooms are good with AC n wifi, hotel seems like a palace. Price is medium neither low nor too high. Location is nearby railway station. So it's good.

No hot water in the hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights and there was no hot water for bath. On request they provided me hot water bucket for bath. In winters hot water is necessity and if not providing then hotel is of no use. Restaurant area is unclean. If you order food in room then ok. Food is good.

Hotel is good and rooms are spacious. Set up of room is traditional. It gives royal feeling to stay there. Wash room was a bit out dated. Food was nice service was good, taste and quality was great. But with all this expectation goes higher, they failed in one parameter whish was breakfast. They did had a buffet to serve to guests. Barging this good experience.

The bar facilities is awesome with normal costs and having a one staff for serving you. The location of the place is very romantic and luxurious, i found it as my home 🏠 when you're gonna visit it you feel it very luxurious

Wish I could give it no star. Worst service, bad workers, not even a percent worth of the cost they are charging. This hotel is just spoiling the entire tour fun with its service

Decent hotel at a very nice location. We stayed here for one night . Hotel is very close to Junagadh Fort. Food is good and service is good as well.

I stay here for 2 nights hotel is good but my room bathroom is in bad condition and some of the water fittings getting rust as of now. Overall it's a good stay near to railway station.

I checked in and then left in about 10 mins. the hotel is extremely poorly maintained. It is a 1 star property at best and it is sti priced for a 3star hotel. Looks like a haveli from outside, but on the inside, it is very very poorly kept. Dirty rooms, kettle and even the garbage bag of dustbin was not changed. The taps were leaking. Poor state of rooms

The phn number given on Google is fraud. Don't pay on the scanner given dere. The hotel is also not taking responsibility of the fraud . Simply told us tat they hav already filed complaint

Heater was not available. Despite many reminders water glass was not provided. Otherwise location is good and food is delicious.

3rd class hospitality. No service at all. Hard ground rust water in bathroom. Less staff.. poorly ill managed. They don't pick calls. They serve super late.
