NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.. TOTALLY FAKE N FRAUD We have a booking for a Heritage room at Hotel Bhairon Vilas on 23rd November, made payment in February, the bil attached herewith. While yesterday we arrive hotel, they denied the booking, after showing documents, they made excuse the room are already given to someone else and made utterly misbehave. After arrivin from Mandawa, they wasted our 2 hours of time, not giving our assigned room n we are forced to go to other hotel. This is humiating and ultimate harrasment to us and affect our Bikaner sightseeing plan. Even they have some Dalal or touts, who bring foreigners and made spot booking denying our, tried to threat n insult us, its a totally chaos over their side, even manager Ssntosh talked ovrr phone n asked to go to other hotel, but never did come up n meet..Even as a couple, we r ferling much insecured down thereas they r threatning to though out from hotel... They not only spiled our time n stay, but also mentallyy traumatised us..still we hvnt overcome from it untill leaving Bikaner... Never ever book with this hotel unless you like to spoil your vacation.. Fraud booking prtsonel, dont have manners to deal with guest, no record of booking hidtoty.. NEVER.. NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL

Worst stay in this hotel. Don't go with online photos. We were on tour of Rajasthan, we reached in evening (6 pm IST)at hotel, then there was no one other than receptionist and no one to help with luggage to take it to room. So, he was initially mentioning, we have to carry it. After we raised concerns about their service then he called one helper person. We stayed in Deluxe category room, still worst experience. Neither a good support staff, nor services. Only 2 persons to work here receptionist and helper & they provide you one of the worst service. Rooms are not maintained well, for my friend room AC remote not working, so you can’t change temperature or switch it off, to switch it off you need to go outside of your room where they have main switch. Warm water was not coming in tap. So, even after following since check-in, they didn’t resolve it and in morning I called receptionist person on his cellphone 10 times as they don’t have phone facilities in room, he didn’t even picked up a call. And in morning he is rudely asking us like why you called in morning. Also, in complementary breakfast they provide only 2 options Poha and Paratha which was NOT AT ALL good and test less, any animal also not eat the same. And, even after this pathetic service, in morning their staff was having rude behaviour. I would suggest never go to this hotel. It is a worst hotel and sevices.

Overflowing with character - the glamor of the maharaja era lingers in the beautiful sprawling compound. How can you resist staying in the maharaja's own palace!? Highlights are the cafe, the bar, some of the rooms, and the nostalgic charm permeating every little corner. On my first day I met the proprietor Mr. Singh, and his hospitality made the experience magical. Location is fantastic - close to the fort, fruit sellers, and good restaurants. Weaknesses are the restaurant as meals must be requested in advance (much better food is only a short walk at Jeeman Restaurant), mattresses (thin, as is typical) and the bathrooms - fixtures are old and not always properly cleaned, but again this is typical. Many stairs. Temples nearby make noise in the morning. Staff are often busy and hard to contact but friendly and helpful otherwise - so get their whatsapp. Breakfast is meager, so buy fruit in the market (cheap, fresh, delicious). Resident tuktuk driver will run you through the gauntlet of commissions shops if you let him. Nevertheless, I could put up with all of the issues for the exquisite character of the place and the hospitality of the hosts - simply unmatched.

It´s fairytale Place , like Alice in wonderland mixed with Alladin. Like living in a Museum. Don´t expect perfect cleanness or the the most delicious food, not talking about the bathrooms. But definetly worth the experience. Keep it like that! Guys: check the 360 Photos attached

This is not just a hotel, but a beautiful historic building, with various buildings distributed around a large garden where you can rest pleasantly. Both the private and common spaces are beautifully furnished with antique furniture. Here you can truly feel the atmosphere of the Maharaja era. Very charming and the service is excellent. Great building with nice rooms, right next to the fort, so basically a prime location. The decor of the rooms and the hotel, especially the bar, is great, as is the garden. The staff and the landlord are super friendly and helpful. The forgotten towel does not justify a point deduction. The breakfast is completely OK

Beautiful rooms with pleasant shared garden. Very charming owner who shows his hotel with pleasure and pride. The bar resembles a cabinet of curiosities and is worth a visit. Only breakfast is a bit less and I do not recommend it.

Beautiful and eclectic environment that can't be compared to any other place in Bikaner. It's a must visit if you like exploring places that have an artistic touch and unique theme. I'd love to say so much more about the place, but you'd much rather so see it for yourself !

Heritage hotel with lovely gardens and good rooms. Lots of places to sit out, I especially enjoyed the hanging bed in the terrace.

Limited Food options must be ordered in advance. Our order took over 90 minutes. They gave me a bottle of soda water that had been opened and partially consumed. Stained bed sheet. Actually..no top sheet, just a blanket that may never have been washed. Weak wifi in the room. Pool out of service but this isn’t mentioned on their site. They don’t take credit cards so make sure you’ve got cash for the meals you may buy. Shower didn’t have a curtain though there was a curtain rod and curtain hooks so bucket bath to avoid water spraying all over the room. We’re leaving this place a day early. Yuk. Nice people though.

They have poor services. They don't even provide soap in bathrooms. Some of their electrical appliances are damaged.

It is an amazing and eye warming place. I visited the cafe and receptionist at the cafe was very rude. "I guess best place deserves best staff." Rating it one star because of the cafe receptionist! Otherwise nice place to visit.

Rating it three because it's a heritage property, part of the adjacent fort and more than 100 years old, that made me nostalgic. Otherwise I would have given a 1star. Rooms are poorly maintained. The AC doesn't have remotes. The rooms are not equipped with basic furnishing. n no phones in rooms for communication. They denied dining facilities even though they have a big n highly decorative n well furnished dinning hall at the backyard at first. However they later served the breakfast there. There are not many staffs working there, one of them is an auto driver, who will offer you for a ride to the old haveli, but while returning he will pressurise you to buy something from a particular shop probably for his commission. So be aware of that.

It's one of the best properties to experience in whole of Rajasthan let alone Bikaner. You will be able to get a taste of the majestic lifestyle the people of Rajasthan used to have in the old days. The rooms are huge with old artifacts and decor items. Last but not the least the host is one of the most humble person we came across. He is so friendly and such a great host. Words will fall short to describe him. To conclude, the whole vibe of the place is so homely and welcoming and it's something which you shouldn't miss while visiting bikaner.

If there was an option to give one star, I would have given. I request anyone planning for Bikaner and looking to book this property plz don’t even think about it. My worst experience till date. Now lets talk about the property. Its s old haveli not at all maintained. There was one one around for any kind of room service or anything. Someone just took our suitcase once we reached, placed it in the room and vanished. I have not seen anyone till next morning. There is a small cafe outside and the person of the cafe clearly told he cant even serve us coffee because he has some other important work. Overall pathetic service. No room service. Actually no service.
