Nice food all type of veg non veg foods are available there. At first I ordered from online services then I go to that place after 5 months then I captured a moment that they prepare very healthy food. Nice place and good staff time to time waiters to ask for something good rate around here. I'll give it 4 stars.

Worst Hotel in Bikaner , I dont know how OYO has choosen this as a Delux Hotel. Few things to describe abt Hotel : 1. No connection points to charge mobile , Ipad etc.. 2. No Geyser for Hot water , we have to inform them anf it wil take 1 hour to get water as they dont respond on time for your Query. 3. In Bathroom the water leakages are there and is bit messy in shape. Dont Ever book through OYO as they are the number one Fraud company who suck your hard earned money by giving accomdation in such Hotels when we book any Package through them. #boycot OYO rooms😠😠😠

Three stars only because of the courteous staff & the location, near to market & fort area. It is situated on first floor in a campus & you can’t rely on lift. It is located just next to the market area, 1km from the famous food joints, 1 km from the fort & so we never had to take our car out from parking. Since they had few empty rooms so our rooms were upgraded to 1 suite & 1 deluxe room from standard rooms. Both standard twin room & suite is in pictures. The staircase to hotel is in pathetic condition. The parking area is worse, the car has to be parked next to public wash rooms which makes it worst. I have attached a picture of parking floor too.

This property is 2 star but 1 star is due to their brilliant staff. A big shout of appreciation to person at the reception counter. I got my room changed twice and property is okish types. Breakfast has limited option unlike unlimited food is not their as you have total 4 choice. A big strategic plus point is hotel location which is just at walking distance from Bikaner railway station. I would not recommend to take single sharing bed room as they are not worth staying.

The ambiance is not suitable for staying with family. Parking space is totally cramped in a lane and requires removal of other cars at front/back before removing one's car.

Giving 1* for their services, What they providing & what they listed in various website..... If any website shows that you will get AC room in RS 1000-1200 don't go they will charge you 600-800 extra for same room.

Really nice hotel.. The staff is very cooperative n quite disciplined..which was the best part for me... Rooms are well maintained... It was my first stay alone n am happy to say that i felt very comfortable...overall good experience... :)

First of all don't go with OYO Images, Search on google you will find real images of room, Cons Not hygienic, window AC not proper cooling, AC is far from bed, washroom are not properly cleaned, Pros Spacious room, that's it. Baki muje kuch laga nai My company booked this hotel for me. Thankgod it's for one night. Yar hotel ko dekh k b feel nai aati ki yaha ruk sakte hai 1 star ⭐ dena is not justice so I give 2 🌟

I visited for 4-6 hours to have rest. Good points:- 1. Room is clean and neat. 2. Except both cash and UPI payment. Needs improvements:- 1. I felt owner is greedy. Charge is very high as per time. They even charge for water bottle which they provide at the time of check-in. 2. Owner stalk you in social media after you checkout. 3. Need to negotiate for the price, they charge for full day even if you stay for few hours. I think that it's famous due to OYO services. I feel food will be expensive due to its nature so it's better to have food near by (Ganesh hotel 20-30 steps on the road in front of this building). Takes valid I'd proof for verification.

this hotel is a complete disaster. there was inadequate lighting in the room, barely enough to see things. half the lights were not working. the manager acknowledgd the lighting issue but refused to do anything about it. then there is the issue of shabbiness of the room. there were so many mosquitos. no towels were provided. this hotel is best avoided

Poor Service complaint on respection but no responce even staff is not responding to complaints relating to service. Electric plug in loose condition it show security lapses any mishapping can happen any day. Room TV not working.

Nice rooms, but toilets are not hygiene. Also staff behavior not good. Poor room service. If are pure vegetarian than don't stay here. They have single kitchen for vegetarian and non vegetarian and they serve beers and wines at the same tables on which you are going to have food. Parking facility is also very poor if you have a car u can be walked up at midnight for side your for another person.

Room were clean and the food was also good. All the places to visit in bikaner are easily accessible from this hotel.

Though for the amount I paid facilities were ample, only major disappointments were ABSENCE OF CLEANLINESS in LINEN and POOR ROOM MAINTAINENCE. Hope to never visit again. GOOD POINTS WERE STAFF and PROMPT SERVICE. For me CLEANLINESS is utmost important. People looking for a economically viable hotel, it is one of the good options; Not for those looking for a classy stay.

I think it will be worst choice if you choose this. This is not the hotel this is guest house. Very cheap quality unhygienic hotel ever. Staff is not communicating. Location is very poor. As you can see the condition of the ac. Old window ac is there for ac rooms curtain with full dust. No service no amenities. So please stay away from this property and there is no mobile charging point no working lights.

Very bad or no service and rooms are smelly, bedsheets are very dirty and very bad washrooms. Food is little fine so 1 star only for that.

Not a nice place to stay. In rooms there were no cleanness, big insects & ants were in rooms. Breakfast was very poor. Only 2 options and it took 1.30 hrs for food delivery. Overall very bad experience.
