Excellent food work great service. I am fond of their soups, malai kofta curry and dal tadka. I eat food here every year at least once i visit bikaner. Food is delicious, authentic and preparation of each item is super😋 very good staff and service. Washrooms are clean and big.

It was wonderful experience over there...good ambiance with stuffed food and foremost thing service was awesome...I loved that man who was serving us name Shiva...very polite and a nice man...I clicked some pics ofemebers of my family too...

It have two part and luxury rooms... Very beautiful hotel and lawns... Enough parking space.... Out of city so no traffic jam...everyone like the freedom of space... No congestion... At a time two marriages can be done here

A very good heritage hotel owned by Bikaji group,located in a very prominent and peaceful place. One can enjoy a comfortable stay along with a nice ambiance.

Gala dinner is extremely expensive especially if you aren't foody enough too eat worth it, service can get extremely sloppy at times so it's better to keep ordering timely to avoid hours of delay ... Better to order yourself rather than following suggestions from management...but overall the food isn't bad and unpalatable, surrounding atmosphere in the open is good with the music on and some nice decor. For a small town restaurant it's still worth a good rating specially when compared to other restaurants in the town and just like other restaurants in the town menu prices are overhyped.

The property is very beautiful. The rooms are very good and tastefully done. Bathrooms are average and the toiletries disappoint. Staff is cooperative and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is the disappointing compared to the rest of the property. Huge Gardens around the palace are very well maintained.

Very pathetic experience. No latch in bathroom. Kettle was dirty from inside. Only 2 mini water bottle provided for a couple. After that they charge ₹92 per bottle which has mrp of only ₹20. They mention it as ‘Packed Water’ on the bill instead of actual detail of the product sold. Food was too expensive with pretty average dine in experience. The reception manager had no clue to these issues…. The hotel rooms are also overpriced.

It is a very beautiful property with lovely rooms owned by Bikaji group. The breakfast was beyond expectations. Though the spread was not that big but good enough. The property lawns are big to have a gala celebration. The standard room size is half of the superior room which is really big. Same goes for bathrooms. The staff was well trained and catered to all our needs promptly. The tariff aptly defines the value of the property as they mostly get the busy season only in winters.

A lovely Hotel set in a location at near by Ganganagar Chouraha. All the staff are very friendly. The restaurant food is upto Mark. Rooms available for resting and according to price range variety of rooms available. Many time used as a marriage garden. A lot of space for Marriage because have a open Garden. Location is very prime.

It's a comfortable hotel with vibrant rooms, which are well maintained along with helpful staff. The rooms have tasteful Rajasthani decor. The food at the inhouse restaurant is delicious. The only thing I found out of sync was the limited Rajasthani cuisine options in an otherwise stacked menu.

Decent property with polite staff and good service. Food was really good. The restaurant staff was very courteous and well-mannered. Rooms were cozy and comfortable. Room heater was available which was really a big deal and of great help in the extreme cold here. The tariff, however, was on the higher side. Overall a decent place to stay and can be recommended.

Good and luxurious hotel outside the town. Food was good and rooms were clean. Mostly vegetarian food available, but they provide eggs on request during breakfast. Cons was that there was no local travel desk at the hotel.

I had a wonderful one night stay here. The room is huge and very well decorated, everything spotlessly clean, great shower, huge comfy bed. All the toiletries are offered. Peaceful quiet environment. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel also fab, very attentive service. Note that international credit cards are not accepted, so you might need to bring cash. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bikaner.

This place has amazing interior and beautiful well maintained green parks along with various types of chairs. This place is noise free and environmental friendly. Food and accommodation was quite expensive but still taste of food and living room standard was awesome.

This hotel is good looking but Food service was very bad. We were served burnt parathas in dinner and burnt toast in morning breakfast. Never go to this hotel.

My family had a great time staying here. Hotel staff is very courteous and ensured that even our smallest requirements were fullfilled. Special mention about Himmat Singh ji who ensured that our stay would be very comfortable. We will be visiting again next year and we will definitely stay here again.
