Peolpe 🙏 don't go this hotel bcoz he change the interior not his mannner, he have such a mannerless manager in the hotel, who have't know that how to talk people specially to ladies and,after cheack out time he want to looted people to much costly poor food.. And his language more than poor his food... Total waste of mony, and seriously if come here for tour plaan don't go this hotel coz he make your day like helll........

Bad behaviour of staff talking in wrong way manager pradeep singh is very rude in talking we stay 4 days from 1 to 5 mrng we have to check out 8 according to him I rqt him to. Give some time 1. To 2 hrs but they didn't then they charge full money 2100 for one day

Costly without any reason. They change price at the time of checkout. Don't even have proper parking space. Don't go with pictures. Service is poor

they renovated few months ago. this hotel gives new luxurious feeling. It is located in heart place of bikaner. walkable distance from Railway station and Main market. Famous fort Junagarh is located on back this of this hotel

This hotel is located just near Junagarh Fort. It is one of the most expensive hotels in Bikaner with proper rooms and clean staff facilities okay and price wise bit costly for those like students and tourists as it's starting price is ₹3500.

Very nice hotel to stay and it's near Junagarh Fort. Market area so you can shop and also restaurants are available on the opposite lane of hotel. they also have restaurant but it's costly. you can eat outside. staff was helpful. owner also very helpful. lift is there. rooms are small but nice. 3 persons can adjust with 6-7 luggage. thank you Hotel City Palace ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

These people have two staff on counter first one told us for including breakfast and when we check out another person refused for this and asking for money and when we want to talk another guy he said he is now off duty Other customer also same problem with them.

The hotel staff showed us a good room but after taking payment they gave us a very shabby and bad room They are liars and they fool people . At night they told us to leave when we charged them for the quality of the room . Very indecent behaviour and bad service . Shabby room and poor quality room .

Stayed here for a night. Only plus point is location which is near the fort. The owner seems to have spent lots of money on renovation of rooms but rooms are I'll kept. House keeping is poor. Bed sheets were dirty. Pillow covers filthy. Staff is unresponsive. The manager and person at reception are discourtious. . this is hospitality industry remember it. . Rooms are castro phobic no ventilation. Felt suffocated . Passed the night and checked out . Look for better options. . . Not recommended at all
