This is a disaster place to live. We have checked in this hotel and the staff said ‘your room booking are from tomorrow. It’s okay, I understand but now I’m paying to stay in hotel then he said you have to pay extra for 2 rooms as boy and girl need to stay in separate room as per our rules, when i said I’m from same city don’t tell me rules, then the STAFF replied now you can’t even get a room here, I’ll not give a room, whatever you can do. What is this joke. No means after listening this i too loose my temper. Is this 4 star hotel looks like then I’ll better stay in sanatan Dharamshala. Far far better from this disaster place. Used soaps and this what pillow looks like in 4 star hotel and no cover for blanket. Literally..! I hope next time no organisation should book hotel here.

The hotel looks good at a glance but it is very disappointing to note that the service is very poor. Some young boys are hired to carry on the chores. They are untrained and unkempt. The rooms smell horrible. Linen is worn out and blankets are stained and dirty. Only one worn out towel provided between two people, one small Nirma soap and no shampoo. There is no hot water available in the midst of winter season. Not a single bottle of water was kept in the room. Food is very mediocre and the portions very small.

It is good hotel. Staffs are friendly. Decent room. The restaurant is fabulous.

Very poor room service. Neither listen to requests properly nor provide the service (be it drinking water, serving the dinner). There is no wifi as well.

In morning hot water for bath available after 7AM. So it is very difficult to take bath early in winter

Location of hotel is good, just 1 km from the railway station and most of the buses make their way from front of the hotel. Thing I liked a lot is the ambience of rooftop restaurant 'Nebula'. It's well maintained & beautifully made.

All staff of hotel and restaurant are unprofessional, Services of food are lazy, and improper. Zero Response by manager after compains. Room service provider are thief, Mobile phone charger is stolen by some one staff during house-keeping .

Rooms is ok value of money..but hotel restaurant is very costly...restaurant nice...

We stayed here. Staffs are helpful, behaviour and ambience good, veg meal available but you have to stress clearly for no onion garlic. Manager and service boys are very polite.

It was one of the most horrible experience of my life staying in such a hotel... We had booking for four nights while traveling by jaipur we were late & reached the hotel very late night after reaching hotel to get open the door it took 15 minutes to locate the person then... The room was kept alloted to us was given to other guest & person in charge doesn't knew that.... First he did investigation y such thing happened & then he gave us another room it took 30 minutes finally we reached to our room around 2am... When morning we got up & used toilet there was no water coming one of kid got stuck in bathroom to arrange some water they took 45 minutes & temperature in bathroom was more than 45 degree... When enquire about water will come they said by evening 5pm..... We went to bekanair to attend the marrage & first day of marriage function we couldn't attend because of this guys.... Till night they shifted my room for three times 409 201 214 saying some excuse... Over all it's worst hotel & management is not guilty of such issues... I do not suggest anyone this hotel... When you order food sit with one hour time because they take minimum one hour to serve the food.... Complementary breakfast doesn't have any thing to serve poha & aloo parata that cooked in the early hours & kept we should eat as and where as condition no person to attend the breakfast area... Worst worst worst only this I suggest to all others visitors.....

Its name has been changed to "nebula". The head chef virendra is excellent and i can wholeheartedly recommend it's food. Very good interior decor.

This hotel located near Bikanir station. Hotel contains five floor and five floor was a resturant. Decoration and ambiance good.

This hotel is spacious to say the least. But what it lacks is staff and cleanliness. Our rooms were dirty, ridden with fleas and bugs. The bathrooms weren't cleaned from the previous guest, with dirty towels strewn all over. The housekeeping staff doesn't give a damn about your comfort. The rooms, constructed to be quite cozy, are horribly maintained, and what could've been a comfortable stay, was ruined for us.

The worst hotel stay Ever. Room is not even worth Rs. 500/- per night. No food options at all. Whatever is available it's pathetic. Visit or stay at own risk. Needs a lot of maintenance. Parking is only on the road and is risky.
