Ambience check, hospitality check, food is good rajasthani, family people good, wifi yes its there but need for improved speed, need proper planning. They ruined my whole trip of new year by abruptly cancelling room booking on second day by telling that they had forgot to cancel additional bookings, told me to take their family bed room with no attached rest room or privacy or to take room which is in half dilapidated state, so it made me to cancel the booking and in a sweet way they told me to get out. It was heart breaking even though they will return my money, what's the use , just please do give a thought before booking here beware

NOT RECOMMEND, UNFRIENDLY HOSTS. I have to sadly say that the place and the overall ambience is so nice but every thing goes down the drain when the host isn’t hospitable. We had a really scary experience when the host came in whilst he was drunk and started screaming on us. We have requested the guy to use the kitchen because we wanted to cook our own food but with a whole day of travelling we were quite tired and didn’t want to cook. Instead we asked the hosts wife to cook us some dal rice which she was happy to cook for us for some nominal 100 rupees. After the dinner was done we had a decent half hour before the guy showed up at our front door and was screaming for apparently us not using the kitchen. That was such a non fruitful argument that he was trying to make saying that it is unethical. The couple have a serious communication problem and that results to unpleasant stay for the guests. Also the evening buffet is very expensive and is priced at 350 per person which is quite unreasonable. Also there’s not a lot to see here in Bikaner and you can skip this place and skip the stay entirely. The rat temple is not worth it if you are just coming for that. All in all, you can skip the stay here.

Worst behaviour from Tanisha Haveli owners. This is old haveli run by Husband and wife. I booked 2 rooms for 31stOct2022 in their Haveli on 7th Sep 2002. That time both owner told me that rooms are available, transfer 50% advance so that we can block the rooms. After that immediately i transfer the amount and I have received confirmation message on WhatsApp from owner. Now when I called them on 31st Oct morning that we are coming today so owner given me shock by saying no rooms are available. They have received high rent that's why they cancelled by booking in last hour. The owner don't have humanity, earlier only i mentioned them i am traveling with 3 small child's and with family, still they behave like this. The lady owner is very polite and her husband is good for nothing and is quite blunt and rude. He don't have scene how to talk with customer. Due to customer only they are there but he don't understand the things. There is communication gap between both husband and wife. And due to their internal problems me and family struggled lot in bikaner. My suggestion to other customer or guest is we only need to teach lesson to such persons, so please don't book this property.

Very clean, and looking like I am staying a rajasthani family. Bedsheet, bathroom, towel are very clean. And the house is decorated withvso many plants. But the owner dont welcome very warmly. And they are not not providing everything like normal hotel. Outside the haveli the place is very dirty, and crowded. You have to hardle in gali with hundreds of two Wheeler. And Jain temple and Lakshimath mandir is very dirty. Bikaner is a place of normal city, no rajasthani traditional feel maintained. And if you want to buy rajasthani things, like decorative things or clothes, you should buy in jodhpur or in jaishalmer. This place is scarce of normal restaurant.

120 years old home, reasonably priced, super clean and has all the amenities. The host are super hospitable as well. I had a very early check out and yet the host was up and making tea even at those early hours. If you are looking for an experience of staying at heritage place, then select this. You wont regret.

Guys listen to the negative reviews and avoid this place like the plague. The location is very bad and inaccessible. The host is extremely arrogant and rude. You will need to have a heated argument with him even for the simplest requirement. He is very hostile. It was like I was ready to pay him money for him to shut up. The only relief was that we were going to be there for one night. We would have definitely moved if our booking was for multiple nights. I see that most of the positive reviews are from foreigners. From what we saw he treats foreigners with great respect and politeness. But with us, he was whining about everything. The room was very congested and everything was leaking in the bathroom. The wifi doesn't work inside the room. Dinner is 400rs per plate. The worst part is in the breakfast included with your booking, you get just one omlet or paratha. He even tells you that it would take quite sometime to prepare the parata so that you obviously choose the omlet We fell for the positive reviews and pics. Don't make the same mistake and spoil your mood for the rest of the trip.

We loved our stay and wished we'd had more time and warmer weather. The place was very quirky with lots of great sitting/eating spaces. The owners were very accommodating as due to the unexpected colder weather, they kindly relocated our breakfast inside. Fresh plain /masala omelette, toast and tea/coffee for breakfast was lovely. We were in a great location and loved walking around and soaking up the atmosphere of tiny shops, wandering cows and honking bikes. Would recommend.

Unapproachable location. Discourteous staff and lack of basic facilities. If you are visiting with old people stay away from this hotel. They don't have parking but have put free parking on all travel apps. Beware I had a horrendous experience.

Would not recommend booking this property at all! The owner is extremely rude and very very misogynistic. He shouted on the call and asked my male friend to shut me up when he’d cancelled our booking on the last minute and I was talking to him about it. We had to cancel our plans because of him. Extremely unprofessional behaviour.

Good clean rooms with private bathroom with hot water in a very nice location in the old centre for an unbeatable price. Delicious home cooked Indian food. Very helpful staff. Strongely recommended.

The roads to this stay is very narrow and also parking space is also less. So people driving here should be cautious. Rooms were decent. It's very close to shopping places.

It's location is a bit interior but service is very good. We totally enjoyed the home cooked meal. It was very tasty. The owners are also very nice.

We had amazing stay. The place is with in the old city nearby Rampuria Havelis. They are offering great stay at nominal price of Rs 1000 (that includes breakfast too). The hosts are too warm and the place has lot of positivity. Really enjoyed !

I really loved staying over here... As a solo female traveller my first concern is with safety and that's why I'm a little bit more cautious while booking any home stays... But the hostess of the homestay, Manisha Ji made me feel very welcome. She's a warm and lovely person and she cooks this amazing thali... I loved the home cooked food here and since I have been traveling for a month, eating home cooked food was a refreshing change... The place is close to Rampuria Haveli and they would arrange the auto for you to visit other places at a reasonable price... The rooms are also very clean and well maintained... All in all, I had an amazing experience at this homestay and I felt safe and cared for... I would definitely recommend this home stay for families and for solo travellers...

Amazing place. Delicious food. Owner of the property is a humble person. Rooms are spacious and beautifully arranged. Although parking is a problem, otherwise this is one of the best place in Bikaner. Must stay there if you are going there.

This place is good value for money but don't expect too much luxury. The owner is nice, but I don't advertise the food. Yes it's cheap and definitely not bad, but you can find better elsewhere.

Very good service and very friendly people. Rooms are also neat & clean. From entrance you can't imagine what the rooms are from inside, but the Maharaja room is quite big for a moderate tariff with breakfast. Go for it without thinking twice. We felt at home at this place.

One of the best budget stays in bikaner. Things which fascinated me : 1) Affordable Stays 2) Super Friendly Host 3) Located in the heart of old city 4) Well Mainted Heritage Property

I booked Maharaja room and send advance payment to hotel owner. They confirmed me booking but when I reached their they forced me to stay in lower class room which is untidy and worst room ever seen. Please don't make advance booking for this homestay

Good, clean, and homely. Food was good. Location is thru narrow lanes and quite interior, no parking. The lady owner is very polite and understanding; her husband is good for nothing and is quite blunt and sometimes rude. Overall, good stay

We came very early in the morning without booking and the owner welcomed us. One of the cleanest rooms we have seen while traveling in India. Good price. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

If you want to feel the inherent culture and homely in Rajasthan then you should stay here, nicely decorated house.

This is an amazing place to stay. I loved the stay the most while on a trip to bikaner. Amazing food, surroundings, host, all in all, wonderful place. It's very economical, I booked maharaja room for INR 2016.

Hospitality was good. But need to share one thing that the male owner behaviour was not accapetable. He was drunk. He was staring for a long time and when we told him to stop he started arguing. So be careful.
