Stayed here for two nights, it was an exceptional experience. They welcomed us with Bikaner famous “Jasmine Flavoured Sharbat” Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

Property is good. Rooms are spacious. Toilet is comparatively small. Vegetarian food quality is superb.Quantity is also on the higher side which makes dining here a 'value' for money experience. Staff is cheerful and happy to help.

I love the ambience. The openness of the space. During night it's a different vibe to visit this heritage property. You gotta have a lovely candle light dinner.

old structure, the style may or may not like it. The room was hot as a furnace. We found hot water to drink, empty refrigerator and switched off. intolerable with 38°C all day. uncomfortable beds and unmanageable air conditioning. Very basic breakfast. Intolerable

On the outskirts of Bikaner, it's a lovely and peaceful location. The staff was excellent and provided for us properly. The rooms are spacious and the temperature was kept in check. There, we had non vegetarian meals. It was delicious and well-prepared. If you want to remain somewhere quiet, this is the place go.

Amazing place and it's on highway and near to the junagarh Fort,karni mata temple. Food is good ☺️ and staff is very courteous and rooms are neat and clean. Thank you for a warm stay

Luxury resort 10 km away from bikaner city. Full of greenery well maintained. Rooms are excellently maintained. Food is expensive but good.

We booked the garden here for a family function and it was pretty nice. The place is far away from the city and hence quiet. Parking here is also big enough. The place is well maintained with lots of plush greenery and the pool is also clean and well maintained. Attendants here were soft spoken and cooperative. Although this place is moderately costly but it's worth it if your budget allows. I have also visited the restaurant here with my friend and it was a calm and silent as there was no one except us but we quite liked the food.

Best place to accommodate with friends and families on vacation . Resort gives a immense beautiful view from window. The service was extremely good and the location was fantastic .

Unnecessarily expensive and most disgusting food I've ever had !! Staff behaviour at their worst. Swimming pool was okay-okay but the staff members staring at us continously while we swim was really uncomfortable ! Heritage resort is a MISTAKE guys !

I will never recommend this Hotel. None of the AC is working. If it is working it's in poor condition and staff is not cooperatuve too.

Visited the place after nearly 20 years...still the same wonderful place where my young kids used to really enjoy...two things missing now are Live Rajasthani music Tossed salad

This is Nice palace to visit with your family ..And also enjoy the food in open environment which looks amazing ..And you book for the birthday party or weddings ..there is good car parking facility..

The service was extremely bad. My family and I went with so much excitement but it wasn't worth it at all. How can it take more than an hour to bring the food? The waiter forgot to bring the finger bowls, mouth freshner and even gave our bill to the wrong person. That was embarassing. Wouldn't like to go again and also wouldn't recommended.

Rooms good, Wi fi not working in room, services great, dining staff very good. Location on highway going to city without vehicle not possible.

I visited the resort for a friend's wedding. It's tree-laden, spacious, well-maintained and built at a great secluded location with the railway station not too far away. Definitely perfect for hosting guests for wedding functions. A thumbs up from my side!

It was very nice. Rooms are elegant and spacious. Lot of open spaces for kids to play. Good place to go in group.

All things was good. A person there sounds mr vishal kumar has very bad attitude. He doesn't has etiquette to talk to guest. He behaves as he was the owner and we forcefully enter their pool. A manager should be polite and conveying behavior with the guest.

overall resort is a must visit place. but its swimming pool is best in bikaner.
