Nice place if you want stay close to railway station. But hygiene standards must be improved They are doing best job for providing best quality stay for customer. Food ok It may be improved This hotel come with other benifits Lots of good shops near this hotel Enjoy food

i stayed there for 3 days room service is on one call, PEACEFUL... but no exhaust fan in our room nor in bathroom... ist winter so we cannot open windows... overall service is very good...⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is very near to Bikaner railway station - hardly 3-4 min walk. Excellent location. We directly booked the hotel over telephone, they didn’t charge any advance amount, but confirmed our booking via WhatsApp. All staffs are very well behaved. On our request, they arranged a cab for siteseeing at the last moment. Very helpful. We took 3 three bedded AC rooms. They helped us with 24 hours checkin checkout facilities - we booked between 7 am & 11:30 pm - all rooms were neat and clean, washrooms are also very clean. They have their own restaurant- and I must say their preparations are delicious. As far as the improvement areas are concerned - their room services are not prompt - I would say a bit slow and sometimes they forget orders. This is the pain area. Also, washrooms are extremely small. Also only basic room amenities were available (like soap & towels). Still, I am going with 5 stars keeping their overall service & hotel location in mind.

I am actually surprised to see bad reviews for this hotel. I have been here twice. Once in January 2021 when we visited BIkaner and my last trip in February 2022 when we were going to Jaisalmer and had taken a night halt in Bikaner. It is near to the railway station. While searching hotels online, I had skipped this hotel. However, my cousin suggested me this hotel as he frequently visits Bikaner for his office work. We had booked 4 rooms for 3 families traveling. The stay was comfortable and the rooms were clean. Washrooms were also neat and clean. As I have had a good experience in Jan 2021, I planned to stay here in Feb. 2022 as well. Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was helpful and room service was quick.

This Budget Hotel is at a Prime Location. Rooms are Large but with Very Less Amenities. Customer Service Needs to be Improved.

Went to the restaurant here. Pathetic staff rude behaviour just one washroom not recommended No stars if i could give them. Just bad overall.

This hotel Anand is located near railway station walk with walking distance of 2 or 3 minutes this is very clean hotel the staff is very polite and services very good all rooms are fully air conditioned with AC and hot and cold shower rooms are very clean bathroom was also very clean service and other facilities are good. Food provided by them was also very nice we get upma in breakfast and very nice lunch of paneer butter masala and raita. It is very good and most recommendable hotel from my side.

One of the best hotel in Bikaner. Cost wise its 1500₹ room. Food was really good . Staff was really cooperative even at 11pm they served food .which was really impressive. There are many hotel in the area but anand hotel was best. Best part is in front of hotel there is Chotu motu hotel. Which is famous for snacks , lassi , pakoda Bhujiya .every things was really tasty . Breakfast item was impresive.👌👌👌👌👌👏👏👏🤟🤟.

Worst experience ever. Waited half an hour for every 2 chappatis. That too were rotten. Pathetic taste of Dal makhani. Service is horrible.
