I stayed there for 2 days 2nd and 3rd Oct 2022 with my family for a holiday trip, It's neat and clean, with well-behaved staff, a very good atmosphere, and delicious food as well.

Beautiful property with almost zero level of maintenance. Rooms smells bad, bathroom smells horrible and even in Resturant it was stinking, No cutlery on Tables, broken chairs, burnt sofas. Hotel is very beautiful with restaurant at roof top as its master piece. I would not recommend to stay with family.

This was best hotel i visited during my visit to bharat palace. Good food. Good hospitality. Good ambience. Nice view from rooftop. Buffet breakfast and buffet dinner. I will strongly recommend it.

Good decor and very good customer service - first room we got was smelling and they quickly changed the room when we complained - good for a 2 star hotel. We weee coming from Gurgaon to Bikaner for the first time and the hotel folks were helpful and very responsive overall. I would recommend this - fits the budget expectations quite well.

Stayed here for a night. Would have given 3.5 if that would have been the option. Staff is cooperative. Rooms are spacious. But they do need maintenance. There were stains of the wall and even fixtures wise, they need to update the facilities. Even thought the room was cleaned well, I didn’t get clean good vibes. Location wise it’s convenient and easily reachable by walking.. it’s just 10 min walk from Bikaner Station. The best part of the stay was the food. I had one of the best Aloo parathas of my life here. Absolutely delicious. I had a paneer parantha packed as lunch also for my onward journey. It was properly packed for takeaway. Service was quick. There is an roof top restaurant which serves amazing food as well. The hotel has a lift as well.

Located right beside Suraj Talkies (Famous Movie Theater in Bikaner). The Rooms are spacious and quite good. Some of the rooms needs regular maintenance (like closing of doors, plumbing maintenance etc.) Pure Vegetarian Restaurant. Food served is good in quantity as well as quality. Staff is polite in behaviour and takes care of their guests well.

This hotel is little bit over priced but overall stay was nice. The services provided by hotel is very good. The restaurant of this hotel serves awesome food.

Overall we enjoyed our time at Bharat Palace. Undoubtedly, it is a really lovely property with fantastic history and we loved the look and feel of the entire hotel and our room (the lobby/sitting room is really spectacular).

We had a one day stay at hotel. It's a great hotel with great amenities, services and the staff. The dinner was served in the rooftop restaurant and the food was delicious. We had to leave early in the morning, they packed sandwiches for us. Overall great experience.

A good hotel for stay. Rooms was nicely cleaned. Bathroom could have been better. Also, they can improve the dish connection for TV, to be termed as kid friendly as well. The food quality and taste was also good.

The hotel is located close to the railway station. The rooms are average. The exterior decor was amazing. They also have a rooftop restaurant.

Did check the place though didn't stay here so can't comment on services. Rooms are quite spacious and properly maintained. As hotel is near to railway station you can find conveyance easily. Uber is not in bikaner and ola services aren't good so will advice staying at locations where you can easily find local conveyance

One of the oldest hotel so u can except everything to be old Value for money I would say and in the centre of the city. Good veg food with good support staff. With respect to rooms u cant expect a 2 or 3 star hotel but only a budget hotel. Cleanliness wise the hotel staffs are trying to keep it best but they are not up to mark to know what is clean. Old bathrooms which are not clean overall cleanliness need to be looked into. Can stay just for a sleep for a night if on a ride nothing else. Roof top restaurant ambience is good and the veg food is also good Overall No for a stay because of cleanliness

The hotel is just okay. The room was good. Terrace garden was booked for an event so we could not get a chance to visit that. The food at the hotel was just okay, nothing that you'd remember. I will not stay there again because of the behavior of the staff. The manager at the reception sounded clueless about Bikaner and the places a tourist should visit or foods that one should try. The vibes felt more like, why you guys are even here, there is nothing to see. He was though informative about how to groom mustaches. Also, had an argument with a staff member from room service who has no sense of people relations and customer service. He thought that he was correct from his point of view, however, his point of view was not correct, and he was not ready to listen or understand the situation either. Neither our friends nor I will ever stay in that hotel. We will visit Bikaner again for a better experience. This one was simply ruined.

Location of the hotel is great as everything is available nearby, like supermarket, shops are within walking distance. The rooftop cafeteria of hotel is great. Food and ambience here is best of all. This is really very best place for food lunch dinner and breakfast. Even food is very tasty and also you feel the open sky and they have system of convert hot air to cold air. So visitors kindly visit at once in this restaurant at night time.

As it was just 600mts away from railway station it was soo easy to excess it by walk only and the receptionist was humble and good and it was around 1 o'clock when I checked in the rooms were pretty much big and the bathrooms too and they were clean enough also with hot water supply !! All round it was good stay !!

Looks impressive from design but rooms and washroom were full of termites, we hired two rooms and we found termites on the wall, wooden boxes, etc. However food service is good and on time and also quality is perfect.
