I was a regular customer of this store. However last time when I visited one of the sales person took my number from the billing counter and is personally messaging me day and night in urge to chat. Cannot believe this is how reliance sales people uses phone number and other personal information of customers. I am deeply regretting by giving my phone number while doing billing.. Whosoever is reading is review I request not to provide any phone number while they do billing. Staff is cheap and I hope they take action against such sales executive...Cheap behavior, Cheap service.

I can find soem good clothers in brand factory jabalpur, But the store is closed for some days now. Have any idea when it will be reopening.

I liked the offers, specially on Kurtis. Mostly 30 % to 50% off on all brands.

Variety and collection is good but quality of product is poor. I purchased a belt of Alvaro for around Rs 500 but it got damaged within a week. The look was good but quality was very poor. You can get better belts half the price in local market.👎

There is not any mens winter jacket that fits perfectly. All jacket seems very big even small size was very big and bulky. Also the rates are too high. If you are in jabalpur then you can find same jackets in v2 or local market in much much less price.

The quality of the clothes is very bad i purchased lawman p3 jeans from there and within 1 month it got teared. My recommendation is go to original brand store. Rather than brand factory

Good Store at a Cross Road near Shastri Bridge. Staff is courteous but sometimes you won't be able to find staff available on floor whatever reason. Store has 2 wheeler parking stand & baggage counter. Store is divided in 3 floors and separate floor are dedicated for men's abd women's wear. Wheelchair accessible entrance and lift are there.

Brand factory is a one the shipping mall among few. Readable price , very hard to find own brand and desired clothes.

Brand factory , a newly opened venture in town to provide people branded products . But , I felt they are not the actual brand rather than the first copy of actual brand . They are making fool in the name of the discount . Staff was nice but not well trained . They do not update their product . They are new ; so may be it will take time but it's just a hyped store .

The quality is not good. Its not even a month and the cloth is torn. I bought another jeans. The fit is not good. You cannot even refund any item.

Good collection of clothes of multi brandat very cheap and affordable prices. However, quality of clothes is not that great. Need to search hours to find the nice product.

This place is such a scam. They sell clothes way above MRP just to add a 30% off. No refund policy available. How is someone supposed to return if they don't like anything else.

The staff was amazing, I came with my sister to shop the entire wardrobe and th staff Amit Kushwaha, Adarsh singh Baghel,Poonam Kashyap,Arun Vishkarma helped us and were very cooperative I wish them good luck and thanks for the service.
