Most pathetic bus service I have ever experienced. On my way to Delhi from kasol the bus we booked got changed. Person in our contact NAVEEN the owner of royal travel was extremely rude and asked us if we are not comfortable we could get down at the first toll. With a group of 10 he knew that wasn’t an option for us and taking this privilege we had to pay the amount he asked us to. Other passengers who booked online got the ticket in much cheaper price . Moreover no water bottle or blankets were provided. They are a fraud and I would never recommend this service. Kindly think 10 times before anyone books Royal Travel services .

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this bus service. The service was incredibly poor, with a complete lack of professionalism from the bus conductor, who was insensitive and rude. Moreover, the condition of the seats was appalling. I would strongly advise against using this service, as it offers a highly unpleasant and uncomfortable journey.

Worst travel service you can get on the route between Delhi and Kasol. Seats with zero comfort. No blankets and water bottles are provided. Very rude behaviour of the staff. Would have given a negative rating if Google had that option.

I am currently in the bus and on the return trip from Kasol. Our group raised a concern in the starting for the pathetic comments the company is having in the reviews, however after the commitment of the team and now using the facility for the travel & their package partner @theescapeplan___we are fully satisfied. The bharat benz bus provided is comfortable with facility of quilts, water and working points for charging. Thank you Naveen and Shubhneet for the same.

I booked ticket recently , Chandigarh to Delhi, bording point mentioned turbine chauck Chandigarh, I'm waiting for 1 hour and call to drive and office but call not picked, i goted aassage for live location of bus there show drive use airport Bypass this route is different from bording point after complaint to Paytm travel customer care, say , incase provider provide refund but not getting Fully froud agency

We booked volvo ac semi sleeper and they tell us to sit on bharat benz . By taking money of volvo and asking us to board off ,if we argue with them. Worst experience now. But safe travels .

One of the worst bus service experience. First bus AC was not working, and there was a bad smell in the bus. Secondly, the bus was running 2 hrs late, and dropped us near kullu airport, from there we had to go in the local non ac bus with luggage. It was most tiring and worst travel experience of my life.

Pathetic bus service. We took bus from delhi to kasol. When we started our journey, we found ac was not working. They called mechanic to repair, due to that we had to wait for 1 hr. When bus reached at bhuntar, conductor said they don't have permit for kasol. They shifted all pessangers to a local bus. We have to travel in that local bus. That local bus was over crowded. It was horrible experience . I will not recommend Royal travel hills to anyone.
