the rooms were clean and nice, great location. food was delicious and catered to different cuisines. so enjoyed that. but i really wish they had the spa which was mentioned while booking . so it loses its shine just there. otherwise all in all a good experience

They claim to be 4 star hotel with 5 star experience, but infact it's more like 2. Went to dehradun on 29/06 and Booked an exicutive room with bath tub for my daughter .As i didn't wanted her to use pool due to health reasons. We did the booking directly at front desk. There was no hot water available. Contacted front desk 2-3 times but they didn't send anyone to attend the issue. Finally had to go down myself to get the maintenance engineer attend the problem. He informed that they were facing hot water issue since yesterday. On enquiring front desk why we were not informed before booking the room, to which they said they are not aware of any such issues. Service manager also accompanied me to room to check issue. When issue was not resolved they offer to supply hot water in a bucket 🤣😂🤣😂. That line defines the service quality. Pls note 1. Rooms are quite smaller ( don't go by the pics) 2. Food is horrible ( better eat some where else if staying here) 3. No activity room for the kids( that was my mistake , i should have asked before booking) Baki sab badiya hai 🤣😂. There lot better option, my advice not to consider this place unless you are not getting booking anywhere else. Rooms are clean and hygienic.

Positive - Welcome drink. Good staff. Amazing location -lot of pubs and main market is near by. Toiletries are Ok. Good parking place Neat & Clean Improvement - Food is Very expensive. Bathroom Towels - not good-(they said they will change very soon) Swimming pool - changing area not maintained.

Don't go on name It's not Ramada . No standards . And no complaints register. Check your bills . Or better . U can book better places for half price and way better food and services . They lie about a working swimming pool

No value for patronage at Ramada. We are parents of children in boarding at Dehradun. Been staying at Ramada because of its location for at least 7/8 times till date. Usually it would be a 3 night stay where our son would spend one day or sometimes one night with us. Ramada now wants to charge extra for kids rather than valuing customers who come at least 5/6 times a year. Better to patronise hotels that value repeat customers , rather than properties who are looking at opportunity to fleece you.

I had read the negative reviews on Google and other travel apps but still thought to give it a try and see for myself. The check in was smooth. When we entered the room the couch had a huge stain on it which gave a damp look to the entire room. Being a pre-winter month, I decided to go easy on the AC but its panel was non functional. I had brought some juice along the way and when I went to stack it in the fridge, it was non functional as well (thought the light in it was working fine). Nevertheless at night we decided to go and have dinner at the 6th floor restro-lounge. The lifts were inoperable for that floor so after waiting for a good one hour I confronted the reception desk who told me that they are working on it and that they shall let me know. It was almost 10 pm at that time. Half an hour later they called up and stated that the sixth floor is down for maintenance so we can come to the buffet restaurant and have dinner there. Looking at my watch, I had no other choice left but to comply. After waiting for several minutes in the restaurant I was told that there is no place there since it was booked completely. It was past 10:30 pm that time. They offered to serve me dinner if I sat in the bar area. Me being with my family thought it to be a pretty stupid alternative. I informed the reception that we are being offered makeshift solutions for dinner by their staff. They started apologising and offered discounts which was again something an insensitive thing to do judging the situation. I then order my dinner from Zomato and had it in my room. The next day, almost same thing happened in breakfast (part of my package). This time after complaining I was told they will let me know when the seats are available and I waited for an hour 10:30 am to eat breakfast. Anyways, my final thoughts........this specific Ramada is completely off the track from the services offered by the brand accross the country. They believe in quantity of guests and compromise on quality of services. Plus they really need to pull up their socks on infra related upgrades and repairs. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel can also spare me with that automated reply to my review.

Accidentally a room was booked for a business trip in this property. Very pathetic and fun is that there was no hot water supply in the bath in the cold morning. I made a complaint with the result from the receptionist that..” due to cold climate the hot water system is not working “.. Funny 😂 Never again to here… I feel this is just a lodge not a hotel 🥵

Centrally located. The gym and spa were non functional due to renovations. The rooms were good and linen clean but I dislike carpeting so that was a big minus for me. The bathrooms were a bit small and the shower splashed a bit out of the bathtub as there is no curtain/barrier. Service was fair, but some of the staff hang about expecting a tip everytime they do something small to help. Not great value for money, especially with the renovation work, the mess of which intruded into the already small parking. Would expect a bit more from a Ramada

I booked this hotel for my parents 25th anniversary. Hotel staff was very courteous and welcoming. They made every process very easy. Rooms were neat and clean.

I visited the hotel only for dinner party. No experience of staying in the room. Food in totality was exceptionally good right from starters to main course. Very well located. Vehicle parking is a problem.

Recently stayed at hotel Ramada by Wyndham at Chakrata Road, Dehradun. Nicely maintained property and renovation work is still on i think. Rooms are spacious and nicely neat and clean maintained. Staff is courteous and helpful. Good view of Missouri hills. Nice restaurant but services were little delayed may be because of weekend crowed. Couldn't use Gym as it was under renovation. overall it was a nice stay. Caution: There are huge taps in the bathtub and no supporting handle to hold so it may hurt you while sitting in the tub.

Booked the table for 11 people for my nephew's bday. I enquired about bringing few balloons to decorate our table and to my surprise the hotel guys decorated our table in advance with few balloons without any additional cost. Now coming to the food, it was kind of okay neither good nor bad. Pricing is okay but the food preparation is definitely not as per Ramada standards. I am sure they can improve their food preparation in future. Staff was quite courteous but the table service was not that great as waiters were busy with another bday party on the same day.

Horrible horrible just horrible!!!! Staff full of arrogance. Booked suite for one night. There was no comfort during our stay. Bathroom was in pathetic state, jaccuzi was leaking, everytime the whole bathroom used to get wet. Hotel was not meeting the Ramada standards at all. Spoiled our whole stay.

Excellent place and hospitality. Very good service , they are literally humble and kind to their guests. The staff is friendly and attentive, especially Ms Priti from Housekeeping ensuring all my needs were met. Rooms were clean . Nice ambiance.

This rating is based on the food as I went along with my family for dinner and even a day later I regret it. Service is good but buffet was horrible. I don't blame chef for it as it's a custom in hotel's to prepare average tasting food in buffet as a cost cutting technique. So I request all people out there to don't go for buffet, instead order al a carte as it may turn out to be good.

Ramada is a great place in Dehradun to stay or to just have a meal with family. Staff here is very courteous and friendly. Special mention to Anamika in the dining area is always helpful. Such a pleasant experience. Do try Ramada once.

I attended a small family gathering at the restaurant section. We were 4 families with a total of 12 people. The food and service was good, the place had ample parking space and good ambience. The staff was attentive and courteous and we had a good experience all together. A good place for family get togethers and parties.

The stay was pleasant. Rooms are neat and clean. Hot water in bathroom take too much time to come. Wide menu items in breakfast, the staff take special care of what you want. I loved the Thai dishes preparation. It was amazing. Overall experience is much superior on what we paid for the stay.

Service was good, hotel was average. Buffet was also on above average size. However rooms were not that great, it was a clean room but on smaller size also it wasn't that soundproof you can hear a lot of outside noise. Overall had a great stay.

We were there to visit one of our loved ones in Dehradun. We Loved our stay. Everything was great during our stay. Price of the room was great, food and drinks were delicious. Carpets, curtains were dusty.

Visited here for a birthday celebration of my nephew, Didn't like the service at all, Not very customer centric , Not able to serve properly, They changed the menu items, Noodles were just plane noodles, without taste. Everytime we have to call them for serving even then they were not coming with the dishes already prepared, for the whole table they didn't have that much manners to serve everybody.they ask only 2-3 people then gone for like 20 minutes.For every menu item they were like served after we have had enough of asking , They put few items in the bowl which was already cold and they put it on table, just like completing the formality. I didn't like the food at all, At the time of booking they were genuinely confirming about the taste and they changed the item like we asked for choco cherry moose and they offered something else. Brownie was also cold not properly served like hot and cold combination, even the basic fresh lime was too bad. I would give only one star not expected from such a big brand name. That's it

Visited here for a lunch. Food was good, and service average. People seemed lost due to some reason. Maybe the place was occupied and staff was less. I don't know just a guess. The food quantity was good and taste was fantastic. But not upto the mark as a person excepts from Ramada.
