Terrific place, I will come here multiple times for sure - Srivari. I came to know that Srivari in Bilaspur is serving good quality food at best price. What is surprising along with the tasty food it has great ambience and good lighting & comfortable seating for families. The vegetarian thali which I ordered was priced at decent price of 299 and it had yummy tasty Paneer Butter Masla, mix veg diwani handi which was well made, bhindi kurkure was nicely crisply fried, dal fry which was served with good serving of butter, Jeera rice, Boondi raita, lacha paratha, 2 tawa roti, green salad, papad roasted & Sweet. I met the chef to complement him who nicely explained the kind of oil and ingradients they use. I am assured of food safety so will make a point to visit here for vegetarian food. They also had lot of platters and tongue twisting names which I will try in my subsequent visits and will post their reviews as welll. I also came to know that a young couple run this restaurant. My suggestion to them is to keep up the good work and keep serving healthy, tasty food to all your customers.

Very slow service, we waited 30 minutes for food to arrive ; taste is good though.

More than the food, I liked their complimentary paan shot. Crispy corn was good. We also ordered paneer tikka pizza, chilli garlic noodles, chole bhature and masala dosa. I'd recommend chole bhature which was made with light spices.

But there is big parking problem only Sunday evening you can be tension free they don't have their own parking and in such a busy place it is big question for four vehicle owners.thats why I cut one star otherwise awesome experience 👍.

I wasn't impressed with the ambience of the party hall, the presentation of the food and the taste was definitely not at par compared to other vegetarian restaurants that I recently visited. 31/8/2023 - A quick update to my last review, I was given the opportunity to revisit the restaurant and try out some of the dishes. Apparently, it turned out to be amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best vegetarian food.

I had a positive Experience of this place, good ambiance, polite stiff, on time service and most important, food was tasty and so was their soup (which is really hard to find now days), they are cheeper then what they seved for, i loved the taste and would love to visit again, Btw- they serve papad complimentary, loved them for it. Reason for deducting one star? This place had few of mosquitoes and flies! They need to look after hygiene.

Love it. Kulcha is made from maida flour, water, a pinch of salt and a leavening agent (yeast or old kulcha dough), mixed together by hand to make a very tight dough. This dough is covered with a wet cloth and left to stand for an hour or so in a warm place. The result is a slight leavening of the dough but not much. The flour is kneaded again by hand and then rolled out using a rolling pin into a flat, round shape. It is baked in an earthen clay oven ("tandoor") until done.

New place in Bilaspur. Good for families with south Indian options as well along with a lot of other cuisines. The place is not so big and the lift is so small even to fit 3 people. Taste Wise really good and worth trying. Rates are economical. Parking not available for the restaurant but plenty of empty spaces to park.

i visited this restaurant calling itself pure veg, so we visited this restaurant. and we are pure vegetarian and as i remember it was Tuesday eve. i visited restaurant with my wife and friend we order sabzi roti dal and pulao. when order arrived there was a cockroach and some insects on pulao and when i asked them staff told me to remove insect and it pulao. thats nonsense for a pure veg restaurant. i will report it to fssai. untrained staff poor management. please don't go they will destroy your dharm.
