Stayed for family wedding, food was amazing with luxurious rooms. Enough parking for any event, location was good near hight court and church. Overall I give 5 stars to this hotel.

Worst restaurant…..We ordered a dish from menu…wasn’t available… we were told due to a party chef was not available…service was also very poor…. High prices do not do justice with service…not recommend

Nice place but was disappointed by the toilet - they can do with a better system of hot and cold water. I would expect at least an electric kettle in the room - that’s the least they could have done. But the room size is big and bed is comfortable.

A beautiful and extravagant Hotel located near New High Court, Bilaspur, Chattisgarh;! The food is extremely delicious, a bit high on the pocket pinch but the quality and service is absolutely fantastic!

Overall a nice and comfortable place for events. Just one suggestion - keep things required in urgency available with you or a system to make it available in a short span of time 24*7. For example - I was looking for medicine for headache as it was required on urgent basis but it wasn't available with them.

Not maintained, dust and dirt everywhere, ambiance is below average..food is tasteless except some lite items. 1st floor washroom is damaged...lots of architectural mistakes...

Attended wedding receptions here. A huge banquet hall which is well appointed and extremely large gatherings are easily managed. The parking area is also huge. Being away from the city and near the airport has its advantages .

I had a pathetic experience. Hotel is build good but service is very very poor. They won’t provide basic things like all-out, hot bathing water. If breakfast is included in stay they’ll only provide 2-3 options & not to choose from menu or la carte. No discounts at all. I paid ₹2500 for a room per night. Also the staff is non cooperative, they won’t move an inch to help you.

Very bad room service. I have to ask reception for water multiple times and they made me wait for 20 minutes even the hotel was not fully booked.
