Hotel didn't allow group of friends after evening that's the worst part overall experience was good. Rooms were well maintained & well furnished. Rooms is equipped with Tea coffee maker and refrigerator and king sized bed with clean linen. Food is not upto the mark. Staff are totally professional they never said no for any of my queries, they have done everything with a smile. Convenient location and have extra entertainment due to nearby mall. Good facility and very cooperative staff.

To be honest the stay is good. But the dinning is bad and the fact that they don't care about it makes it worst there's no proper cooling you can SIT and SWEAT no one cares and it's a regular problem there. Had dinner with family no valet for parking HVAC not functioning properly the food service was messed up. Nobody cares ! Don't go for dinning they'll charge you like a four star even though they can't provide service like one.

The place is nice. I've visited their other branches in different cities. I generally go to this place to have dinner with my family. The food here is good whether it's a buffet or ala card. The staff are polite and well-behaved. I like the ambience here.

Stayed there for 6 nights, here are couple of comments/suggestion: 1. Cleanliness: Courtyard by Marriott is considered as benchmark of 5 stars, unfortunately not this one (bilaspur). The room was not clean at all, one can easily see dirt/stains around the corners. Even some insects (cricket/cockroach) paid a visit to my room. The door of a shelf was hanging on one hinge only. And lastly, you would see torn curtains in a 5 star hotel. Isn't it great :) 2. Peace of mind: If you book this hotel for business travel/vacation, my suggestion would be please choose some other one. Here at this hotel you are not going to get good sleep. There is a pub nearby hotel and they play loud music till 12:30-1:00 AM daily. Requesting hotel staff is just waste of effort, they are helpless. 3. Food: I would say food quality is just average. And one suggestion, please remove Idly from your breakfast menu, you chefs don't know how to make Idly. 4. House keeping staff: They are good and are there for your service 5. Security while entering the hotel: Come on, you are in Bilaspur city.

Stay:10/10/2023 I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Bilaspur, and I have to say, it was a rather disappointing experience. The primary issue was the incessant noise from the adjacent nightclub that continued well into the night. It was impossible to get any restful sleep until midnight due to the heavy bass music reverberating through the shared walls. I approached the staff about the issue, and while they claimed to have reported the problem, I couldn't help but feel let down by the lack of action. One would expect a hotel of Marriott's reputation to have adequate soundproofing in place, especially when situated in such a potentially noisy environment. In summary, my stay was marred by this significant inconvenience, and I sincerely hope that the management takes steps to address this issue promptly to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.

Just Recently Visited The Mall One word To Say just Wow and Stunning There Facilities Decency in Employees Have me more Comfortable To enter into Their world It has malls Buffets Party places and more To discover into it And the more you explore The more You get. What a place! Rooms are clear and spacious.Staffs are very decent and well behaved.Their friendly behavior made our staying more comfortable.The buffet breakfast was just superb and very delicious. I stayed here from 9-11.5.23 and checked out on 12.5.23. Location wise, this property is highly recommended for prospective customers . Special mention here is about the warm gesture by a lady executive Nishita while entering the MoMo caffe everyday morning during breakfast hours !! So pleased to have that warm wish before starting the day's work

We just visited here for a couple of coffee but got the worst coffee ever. Very bad in smell and taste too. The only thing worth for two star is the sitting area and the sugar pouch and availability of coffee this time. Total waste of time and four times waste of money. If any one seeking for late night coffee shop plz search any where else.

Zero hospitality. AC not working. Totally uncourteous staff. Engineering head & front desk manager missing at night. None available to shift the luggage. A very sorry state of affairs.Never had such a bad experience.

The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are excellent. There is a problem with the service. The minimum necessay things are not kept in the room, broken kettle lid, empty sampoo bottle and so on. But for this, I would have loved to give a five star.

Whole room keeps vibrating from the heavy bass of Disco beats, Hotel management is helpless and cannot help you get some sleep until the DJ is over. This goes on and on every single day. Overall average hotel to stay.

Some definitions and concepts take a beating at this hotel. Guest is not अतिथि देवो भव. He is a crook unless proven otherwise. You may be a respected doctor in society. But you may be woken up from sleep with a jarring phone call from the kitchen to pay up for the lunch.( I had signed the bill to be paid up while checking out). Okay I said...but I'm sleeping... "It doesn't matter." I promised I will. Please send across a cup of tea now that I'm wide awake. "You will have to payup upfront " was the reply. Wife was appropriately distressed. I said, " don't get upset. We're on vacation ". But it did spoil our mood. Next morning we ordered bed tea. " You will have to pay cash immediately" was the reply .... Spoiled the even before it began. Wife said " but it's customary to settle the bills at checkout. " Not at this hotel. They suspect we would flee without paying the bill. The crockery was soiled and had stains of food and oil. My fault was that I had pointed that out and was being ragged for that. In the morning while I was rushing out for friend's daughter' wedding I had asked for cleaning my room. We came back tired at 3 pm only to find room still unkempt. I asked the people, only to get reply that we clean the room only when the guests are present in the room. I thanked my stars that we didn't return at midnight. My self esteem has really taken a beating. Maybe the hotelling culture has changed probably. But be prepared for any eventuality if you are staying at this hotel.

The hotel's dining options were exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, from traditional local delicacies to continental favorites. The restaurant staff was attentive and provided excellent service. I also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's in-house restaurant for dinner, and the food was equally impressive with a diverse menu to choose from.

The hotel was okay overall but we had a major security and privacy breach, a random guy entered our room, as he was allotted our room (mistake from reception), he just barged in thinking it’s his room. Reception staff was very careless in this regard, they gave keys without confirming names. My wife was alone in the room at that time and it was a scary experience. When confronted about it, they were sorry about the mixup.

Good food, Amazing ambience, Lovely staff and one of the Best Hotel Stay experience that I had in Bilaspur - Chattisgarh at a wedding at Hotel Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur. It is an awesome place for a Grand wedding.Rooms are big and luxuries. Very well behaved staff, nice and friendly environment location wise Good. The party hall is huge with great ambience and was beautifully decorated. The main reception was held in large Area. It looks absolutely amazing in the night with lightings and decorations. The food was fantastic, super tasty with great quality and variety. They had ample of parking. All in all, the guests thoroughly enjoyed wedding here !!!!

The building and rooms are great. Food is also good. However, the rooms are not well maintained. The bathroom door of my room wasn’t working. They could not provide any reasonable solution. Also I wanted to keep my room temperature at 26-27 degree centigrade and I informed them so on several occasions but I had to manage with auto fixed 20 degrees. Twice their technicians visited but no help. This eventually caused stuffy nose and sneezing for me and my son. It was a big disappointment.

In Bilaspur Marriott is the best option, For business travelers need to work on a few things, check in time is 3 pm, which need to align with others like 12 or 1 pm. swimming pool is open up to 7 pm only in evening, which is again of no use. Rooms are spacious and food quality is good.

Only food is good otherwise just wastage of money in throwing any party here . I throw my kid birthday party here . It was so troublesome. I felt that I m doing this party in my home . Staff were inadequate to serve food . I was busy whole time regarding serving food to my guest as I m in my house . Very pathetic. Most of the items didn’t get served to the guest . Highly dissatisfied. It’s better to give any party in any 3 star .. it’s my advice please don’t throw any party here .. I feel cheated. Just wastage of money

Rooms are great , comfortable bed, checkin is slow process however, food is great and quality service. Food quantity was apt too. Near city centre 36 mall in Bilaspur. Well sanitised room. Parking was ok. Room temperature 24 in summer n if u want to change it u need to call reception and even then it was not that great. Probably AC issues. And Since there is no fan in the room day time felt hot in summers. Apart from that Evening time was pleasant in room. The lobby has a cafe which serves round the clock food n drinks. Food menu was elaborate and good. Buffet breakfast was complimentary n elaborate and fulfilling. Chef is good and the taste of every item was authentic. Views from rooms are good too. Rooftop has gym n pool . Booking from makemytrip was 30% cheaper then booking on their reception. Bathrobe n slippers are generally part of Marriott chain but i didn’t found all that here. So some things were amiss at this place else the hotel is good stay.

Visited recently... This hotel needs huge maintainence . hospitality is nice. One of the staff name Ritam Das served us so nicely. Clam quite and everything this by done was absolutely perfect and highly professional in his skills. I give him 9 out of 10 .

Everything was upto standard of the Hotel is except there is no optional opening of rooms in case of any need....I.e. NO WINDOWS....the major flaw.... also lift access to other floor is restricted and becomes irritating when other colleage is at other floor.... Bar has a very tight hand in view of choices....

Stayed there for 5days and it was overall really good and satisfying.. Although there was some disturbance due to some pubs beside the property that played loud music late night... I visited a conference hall which was booked for some lectures in here. I think it was the only time they opened the conference hall in a decade. A very bad/pungent smell was there like fungus grew in it.

Good place for staying. Wonderful service. But the need to make a system by which wastage of food should be minimum for singel occupied guest. The quantity as well as price of the food should be lesser then the family or double occupied guest. At lest they have to make an option for half plate food otherwise food will be wasted
