I have been in this place many times mainly during seminars. But everytime I find the food is not up to the mark. The taste has not improved even in so many years. Also the washrooms are never properly cleaned. In short it feels, that its a 4 star hotel only by name. There is nothing like 4 star here except the interiors. Other hotels smaller than this provides much better services than this. Not worthy to spend money here in the name of 4 star.

Staffs are friendly. on request you will get all the house keeping facility. location is in center of the city. The staff is awesome and very hospitable. Fusion staff where i had my meals and the reception staff and the room service staff were all very helpful and friendly. But i have some critical feedback about the hotel itself. 👉 WiFi singal in the room is very very weak. you've to stand near door to use Wi-Fi. 👉Limited tv channels. 👉Few staffs are NOT polite. 👉When i checked in the room phone wasnt working, had to go down to reception to ask them to get it done. 👉Toilet spray continuously leaked, whole bathroom was flooded, got it done first day, second day again it started to leak. Lots of water wastage. 👉One towel one hand towel provided, in a flooded bathroom its a task. One small shower gel have to use for two days, how is one supposed to bathe, atleast a spare kept so if one needs more can use.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed... The rooms are spacious and cozy... The food is perfect and very delicious... The staff is very friendly and courteous... Very immaculate and always willing to help... The front office is very helping and smiley... Would like to visit again and again.... 👍👍

The management is Fraud..they took money twice stating that one time transaction failed....later on when I checked four days later that twice my ac was settled with the Hotel for staying one Night... Visited two times for meeting at corporate office. Enjoyed the food and services.Overall experience was pleasant. Staff behaviour was excellent. I'll surely visit again in next tour.

I have been this place for gathering of 100 peoples and I don't like food that much paneer chilly is like panner mixxed raw with oil and chilly the masalas of panner chilly was uncooked..and many more dishes were not good in taste... please maintain it otherwise you'll not always be 4star..

One of worst hotel in bilaspur, rate also high compare with other hotels quality. Door not working.... Even water drinking glass also not clean properly.... Used shaving kits kept in wash room...

It is my second stay at East Park. Complete satisfaction with sanitation, service, courteousness and behavior of all staffs. Fooding is also very well prepared, tasty and satisfying. Thanks to all staffs and above all to the hotel management.

It's a good hotel if you want to do some one day activity. Location is good as it has a shopping mart joint with it. Nearby are good cafes,petrol stations, shops, and market areas. But the food within the hotel can be a little spicy for a normal taste. It's a good value for booking as you get a good looking restaurant with nice area provided for functions. The rooms also are on the good and clean side.

My wife and child stayed here. This so called 4 star hotel is not even worth 1 star. There is no hot water provided. The kettle in the room was broken and the handle was taped. No dental kit and floor mat for bathroom were provided. On asking they said that these things will be provided on request. They had booked 4 nights, checked out after one. Please avoid this hotel, it is really really bad.

Had a very bad experience with the Restaurant and food service. Food not properly cooked and coconut chutney served taste like it was rotten. Even after communicating the same with staff , they were so casual that they didn’t bother to change the same and served the same to other guest.

Very unprofessional valet parking staff, neither they come to take vehicle for parking not they support, even when you ask they will start arguing with you. Or valet parking guy can even call you a driver, with such arguing staff I must ask everyone to avoid such hotels. I would say 0 rating. As even in 3 star hotel I would get professional staff which I feel not available at East park. Poor valet parking staff third class

One of the best Restaurant in Bilaspur. All the staff members are very humble and polite. Rates are quite high but the quality of food justifies it. Superb taste .Peaceful environment. Beautiful ambience beautifully decorated each and every corner. So many Art work you will find here and the best thing of this place is centrally located in the city.Good place to celebrate your special day.There is television but of no use for people on another so I would love to suggest plz.hv some light background music for some entertainment.

It’s an over-hyped place neither the food was that gooooood nor the food presentation. Even the staffs were not attentive while taking order. Overall had a very bad experience. Not worth it.

front desk management is not supportive, they deny requests and services; they just say no sir it's not possible. You have to approach the manager for any inconveniences. Even they don't know how to welcome guests. Services are not at par with 4 star hotels.

Room Rates are average but the food rates are very-very expensive. Even dal fry price 500 Rs/ bowl, curd 150 Rs/ bowl, tawa chapati (bread) 35 Rs / piece No any open window, so you will feel like modern jail with AC and well decorated bathroom. No any fresh air, It is not a Green Building. If you are single and order breakfast, lunch and dinner then your avaerage food bill/day will be 2500 -3000 Rs minimum.

Not for the normal crowd! As biryani is @650 and other dishes are also at similar rate, so normal service people can't order! Also, outside food is not allowed in rooms, you have to get down there to take it a and cuttleries are at @250 for outside food. Apart from this hotel is superb! Breakfast buffet spread is superior then a three star hotel!

I have visited this hotel several times; discerning a remarkable difference in the quality of services. Beginning with the 4 star certification, Hotel rooms and restaurant do not conform at all to the standards and guidelines issued by Ministry of Tourism. Talking of room, there was no mini bar, no shower cabin, broken coffee maker, non-functional phone, washed yet untidy bed sheets and bath towels, cigarette burn marks on curtains and floor. Restaurant was no better with plasticware use and unclean corners; though food was okay. Rather, staff is good and quite helpful.

Waste of money and pathetic environment. It has been an horrific experience. A road side dhaba is 100% better experience then this. Very unevolved staff. I imagine what could I have done with 8000. This should get reviewed and the hotel should be penalised. All people in bilaspur, just avoid and plz 🙏 don't go.

Today checked in at 11.45 pm and worst experience. In room no kettle and team maker items after calling reception took 40 mins for him to arrange AC not cooling at all. At 1 am had to change my room Hopeless 1at experience

It is a nice option for luxurious staying with very good facilities, located in the heart of Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, just beside Vishal Mega Mart.Every one may enjoy according to his taste will definitely be satisfied. It provides picup and drop facility. Meeting and party halls are available with reasonable rates and package deals are provided function and parties. Rooms are neat and clean with modern era facilities.

Rooms good and spacious, near market place on agarsen chowk in Bilaspur , has a bar and club. Hotel is very old but well maintained. Courteous staff. Rooms have discounts available.

Interior & ambience is good with transparent elevators & cosy furnitures, well lit lobby etc. Rooms are clean, seems hygienic.One may have to change the benchmark of service before rating it considering the place it's located in, but overall we have been offered satisfactory service. It comprises of a in-house restaurant, which is also good.
