Worst experience ever. Rooms are too small and there is no parking. In booking sites they have mentioned parking is available in hotel but this is not true parking is not available. Very poor service. Never visit this hotel. Room service is not good!!! Avoid this hotel!!

Average hotel stay with good room , service staff was very polite but somehow I dint like the food and breakfast .qty was good but no buffet breakfast ...they don't give water bottle , no tea coffee bags no electric kettle ...which ideally should have been in these types of hotels ..stay was comfortable altogether

One of the best place for stay, party with friends and family including the great taste food we get here. If its. Weekend anf you are looking for a place to sit and chill with your friend the it's the best place to have a great time and stay is also better then any other hotel accompanied with clubbing. In bilaspur its simple, club means heavens park. And the best part is you will get all this things within your pocket limit.

Place is neat and clean, staff is good, good parking space available. Nice location, delicious food, good service and affordable price. The room was very specious. Bathroom was also very big and clean Free internet is available but WiFi speed is not upto the mark even my google page is not upload correctly, power backup Checkin -12:00PM and checkout- 11:59AM

Overall experience was ok, food was good, we had fresher's party at infinity club, we were like 30-35 people, space is not enough if more than 35 people.

Hotel The Emerald is situated at Bilaspur. Nice hotel, super deluxe rooms are good. Bathrooms are big and airy. Bar is situated at the basement of the hotel. Happy staying 👍 January 22

I have to write at least 200 characters in order for this review to be published. But this hotel can be described with just two words "absolutely perfect. One small thing is that the shower door was slightly hung wrong so water sprayed through the shower which made the floors wet. But I let them know and based on the quality of the staff I'm sure it was quickly fixed. I would not hesitate in staying here again!
