I want to inform you about the management of your hotel. It's been almost 4+ years that I have been here but it is with great regret that I have to tell you about my worst experience ever. 1. Hotel Manager/Receptionist - He is completely uneducated person and does not know how to behave and interact with the visitors. 2. Kitchen manager - I just asked him to send cutlery to my room and he said - Jahan se khana laaiye ho wahi se katori le aiye.. Is this the way to talk with visitors? It has been almost 4/5 years that I have been visiting this hotel but with great regret I want to inform you that enough is enough and this will be my last visit. Pathetic hotel. Dirty room with insects and dirty bed with hairs. Used private products under bed. Never go to this hotel.

The worst hotel ever visited. Not responding customer, very rude staaf specially the receptionist, i have booked my room through Oyo and pay the amount but at the time of check-in they do not let me in & they ask for complimentary money even after Oyo had credited to their account. From my side I suggest to lay on the footpath but never look for this hotel. I am a boy still m not feeling good the way staaf give you look. And also I visited last time they won't allow you to rate their hotel they take your phone and rate their own

Bad experience, They have not agreed with the online booking. They have denied to issue the room on booking rate/ payment. They have received payment of Rs.1200/- instead of booking amount Rs. 800/-.

700 for a bad room, it can be considered when you don't have an option because the bedsheet and room was too bad. All the time it smelled like cigarettes. And bad facilities.

Giving it 3 star just for the Delux room we got after lots of argument with reception. The room which you will see in any of the sites (OYO, Booking.com) all are fake and you will get some other room which will be super dirty (basically it's a one night stand type of hotel, hope you guys get it). But if anyone opts for Delux AC room in 4th floor, those room are pretty much decent and clean compared to rest. Overall a budget hotel in Bilaspur. But I'll suggest to opt for some other hotel if you get in a price +100 or 200 from this hotels price.

Best inn with a super high class service quality... Hotel natraj is the best hotel to stay.. Moreover the staff is quite generous and soft spoken .. Cleanliness is of top grade... Morover food tastes yummy and there's nothing which I can complaint about ... Thank you Had a great experience at it.

It was worst hotel. No one was wearing mask, HK person was not wearing hand gloves. Dirty bed Linen, broken ac, tv was also not working torn chairs seat, dirty bathroom. No bath amenities. Dirty bath towels. After asking 4 to 5 times they had given towels. Service was very very poor. No trained staff. Worst hotel ever.

Staff is horrible in this place.! They don't bell your room to come inside for service they direct use to open it and get in.! You don't have you own privacy.!

Hotel was ok. Spacious enough for even three people, they arranged an extra bed for the third person also. Booked through oyo for around 1200 bucks. The oyo staff was not that helpful. No idea of what the menu was and what they can serve. Bit disappointed on that front. Reception staff were polite and humble. Also they should provide a toothpaste,soap and shampoo pouches for better customer service.

This place is good for one night stay here..

Hotel Natraj was the worst experience in whole life. I did my booking through Oyo helpdesk and the booked it for 4 days. When I checked in, I was given a room which was not even cleaned before. The toilet was Indian type but full of mud and foot steps like it was not cleaned for years. When I asked the staff they offered a new room (better one as per them). This room was slightly better than prevous one but even not as per the photos given on the website. When I asked for checkout so that I can shift to a new hotel, the owner asked me to pay full amount for 4 days. I called Oyo helpline and I was told that the hotel should only charge for 1 night and another night as a penalty. But I was forced to pay the whole 4 days where I not even stayed in that room for 10 minutes. Unfortunately I could not get the photos of first room but I am attaching the photos of their best room (the secon one)
