All the staff of this hotel are useless and only work on paying extra money, even the reception staff behavior is not good, does not even provide food on Time , talks properly and talks very dirty way.

Water supply is not good, dirty water with dust partial are coming Water is looking like black and reddish. In night power supply was also intrupted . Blanket was not clean

The behaviour of the staffs includes their Manager was found very bad. Manager don't have any common sence to talk with customer's. Their MOTO is only earn money not to deliver good service and good way to talk with customer. The day I was checking in I already talked with him regarding how many days I will stay there and gave Rs.500/- as advance and my room rent was Rs.750/- per night. In between these 05 days, suddenly the manager called me and asked for money, it's about 12: 20 am midnight. I said, I will pay the amount in next day morning. But he don't want to understand the situation. Only asking for money and said if you don't pay the amount right now then just do checkout and go away. Is this the right way your manager to with customer at midnight. Then I gave my card for payment and next day I checkout myself.

Nice hotel😊😊👍 Rooms are well maintained except for the ACs and coolers. We had to change 3 rooms before we found a room with working AC. Also the staff was too reluctant to chage our rooms. They were adamant that the ACs were working find and made us wait 2 hours in a raging hot room with a AC which wasn't cooling. Considering this was a one-time thing where ACs malfunctioned, the hotel is good and rates are very budget friendly. The staff is well-behaved and room services are fast. Good thing is it's location just near Old Bus Stand in Bilaspur City , but Hotel is Old & now it's maintenance is not upto the mark

Worst experience ever. I booked for 3 days and I was about to attend an event in Raipur next morning. They called me up at around 11 in night and started using improper tone for the money. At last I paid them upfront for my stay.

Vet bad behaviour of staff when I came with friends the staff was watching my friends like they dont see any girls in thier hotel. Vet bad hotel in bilaspur I will never come in this hotel u also search different hotel. Manager attitude is also not good.
