IT LOOKS GOOD FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT IT'S PATHETIC WHEN U GO IN.THE BATHROOMS, THE HYGIENE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.NO EXAUST FANS IN THE BATHROOMS, TV IN THE ROOMS IS OF 18TH CENTURY.

The hotel not managed, very extremely dirty. There were cigarette butts in the washroom. The bedsheets and sofas are unclean and spotty. The entire room is dull. The hotel is way overpriced. We somehow managed to stay one night and left the very next morning.

This hotel is a true gem! From the friendly staff to the well-appointed rooms, everything about my stay here was wonderful. The location is also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. i totally loved it. It was really great experience.

Beautiful facility and beautiful room room service is also good

The only good thing about the hotel is its location, located in the center of the city. Rest everything is just not good, there is no proper parking facility, have to park on the road, halls are very small. Congusted for even small gathering. Service is average. There are better option available nearby than this

One of my booked it for my wedding during covid situation we are not getting the booking that's why we booked this hotel,it totally worst experience even my in law's said this is the worst hotel ever visited in life.rooms are worst..they say it is suite however it looks very bad

Staff was good, the decorations and hall are really worth appreciating, however the things in the room are outdated and taps in the bathroom are hideous. Overall a good experience for birthday parties, engagement, etc.

Staffs are really friendly. Everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are nice. Food is nice.
