Rooms are sufficiently spacious and the food is awesome. Best part is that they have in-house bakery, Baskin Robbins, Naturals Salon and Restaurants. Location is also good, just in case if you want to dine out or go for shopping, you are at the best spot in Bilaspur. The parking facility needs a bit improvement cuz we had to park our vehicle outside the hotel premises. Rest all good.

Currently this hotel is in under renovation but I think it's gonna be great budget hotel.

Very comfortable stay at very affordable price. It is quite near to all the public transports. We had an excellent stay. The team is superb and they are following all the details and fumigation needed for COVID safety. My special thanks to the Manager and head chef and the entire staff for the excellent room services.

The room AC doesn't work, lots of mosquitoes. Can't provide drinking water at night even calling after twice. After complaining also they have not taken any action and said we will look after it. I stayed for 2 nights with pathetic service, overcharged rooms. It's better if you book online and stay at some good hotel.

Booked 6 rooms, 2 did not have functioning water supply. We had to take our 1 year old child to other room, give her bath and bring back. Very rude kitchen staff who was receiving phone calls. No sense of managing kitchen, sending food in shifts, worst breakfast ever. Housekeeping staff was very humble and cooperative. Top up: on informing all this to receptionist (both male and female) their words were "sir thoda cooperate" Seriously? DON'T BOOK WITH FAMILY Or book only if u want budget hotel. We had to book as all other hotels were fully occupied.

We had a very bad experience in this hotel, first of all, the staff were like zombies, the toilet was smelling and not being cleaned, the morning breakfast had two sections, where in one of the section no staff were available, where half an hour later we were told to move in the second section and all the staff were on their mobile phone, we would not recommend this hotel at all

The hotel was really good well maintained and the rooms were big it was clean and the behaviour of staffs was friendly ,good place to stay. The staffs maintained the dignity and didn't ask any useless questions and gave the privacy which is very much required,loved that part of the hotel.

This was my first trip after lockdown and first ever experience in the new way of life thanks to Covid 19. Coming to the property they took care of safety measures like temperature checks, keeping sanitizers everything is well taken care of. Restaurants are operational and room services also. The room is spacious and nice. The hospitality was very good. The breakfast menu was had healthy south Indian and other regular stuff. Overall a great experience and would be back here soon.
