These guys are thugs! We had booked 11 day trip Uttarakhand trip with Kamal and it was nothing more than a headache. First, No transperancy had been there from their part. Hotel details, driver number and so on were communicated at the last moment. The driver (with 20 year experience) had no knowledge of route and was totally unaware of our iternary. Secondly, when any lacunae were reported to him, he would threaten us to adjust with whatever we're getting or else he'll end the trip then and there. (Gf bhi itna bhaav nai khaati yaar!) After all this, he stopped our vehicle midway and asked for complete payment. We asked him to accept a part of the payment now and rest at the end of the trip to which he stopped picking up calls. Helpless, we called another executive, Shruti and let her know our situation, but she took offence in every word we uttered. When we asked her kaam hone ke baad complete kar denge payment, she replied mein aap ke liye kaam karti hoon kya? You guys are a service provider! Chhoti bachi ho kya?? We completed the full payment there and resumed the trip but there plans weren't over. They charged us 15k extra in Nainital for the service we had already paid for! These guys are completely unprofessional. Edit: instead of replying fake/wrong on every bad review, you should try working on your service!

Nice agent and the most responsible trusted one. The car & Driver/Guide provided for the tour was Awesome. It was my first time with them and they did it all good. No problem and no complaints can be raised. I'll look forward to again go with them whenever I do Uttarakhand Tour. Nice job guys Keep it up. Very poor & unprofessional services. Don't even deserve this 1 star... Deserves negative ratings! These people just sit & count money. Faced so many issues in my recent trip to Uttarakhand. They don't communicate well & may not even let you know where you're staying until 2 days before the trip. They were inconsiderate to the level of inhumanity. You may be asked to travel through dangerous mountain terrains at pitch dark midnight. You may be conveyed that you'll be staying at one place but on reaching you'll end up staying at a far away remote location. They might stop your taxi midway in scorching sun & ask you for payment failing which you might be stranded there for hours & ruin your overall trip. Very uncivilized & indecent way of talking when you're stuck in an adversity. DON'T ever book with these people.

Great experience with Travyou....I have planned 3 days Nanital trip for my family everything was well planned great hotel selected by them and main attraction was cab, our driver he was so well behaved and humble he made our trip more memorable. Our package was with wagon R but they have provided Swift desire so we were very impressed with the service... great work more power to them 👍

Our Uttarakhand tour was fantastic !! This driver always punctual, polite and excellent conductor ... this agency is 100% recommendable because quality and price and the way they treated us.

The trip was really good. But we missed 2-3 places to visit due to lack of time. But beside this we enjoyed the whole trip including accomodations and hospitality, food etc. The co-ordination of team was appreciable. Looking forward to many more trips with your team.

We booked five hotels through Travyou in nanital, Jim Corbett, haridwar, mussoorie and dehradun for 8 nights and 9 days.Each and every hotels were very nice all were three star and last one in dehradun is four star.we experienced very good service regarding the foods and services in every hotel and last one in dehradun was more than our expectations.I am so much thankful to kamal sir of travyou for his nice behavior and proper guidance to visit all the locations in uttarakhand. He is so cooperative and very good human being.

Great Trip, awesome weather with good hotels. Driver was good with full knowledge of the destination. One of the best trip to Uttrakhand. Travyou team specially Ms. shweta helped us to plan our trip. My child was too happy and enjoyed the jungle safari.

The travel, stay, meal, rafting everything was great. Ours was a office trip for 3Nights and 4 day of 26pax and really appreciate the team Travyou for managing it so well specially Mr. Kamal & Shouab who was very supportive and making our trip hassle free. We came from Gujarat and was bit doubtful about how would be the arrangements n all of the trip would be but thankgod we chose the right travel partner. Had a wonderful experience with Travyou in planning our Uttarakhand vacation. It was our first time with them but it turned out very well. Disha was very helpful in planning the itinerary as per our convenience. They provided a personal cab which was with us for all 8 days. The driver was also very co-operative throughout our journey. We went for a Kashmir trip this April 2023 through Travyou. We enjoyed a lot. After our first day in Srinagar there was a change of our driver but there was no impact on our Travel. Kamal managed to assign another driver from next day onwards who was even better. The driver always reached on time for pick up from our Hotel and guided us many times during the trip. I would suggest to go to Kashmir through Travyou.
