Dear ICICI, Thank you for your brilliant cutomer service. Few years ago, I took home loan from your bank and at that time your staff’s behaviour was “madam hum kara denge aap tension mt lo, madam loan le lo na jo humara pura support rahega, hum sab kr denge”. And now I have paid complete EMIs for that loan and it’s completed but there’s extra charge worth almost 50k and I don’t have any problem in paying that but I needed support regarding that and your staff’s behaviour has changed completely! Few days back I visited nehru nagar branch and they argued and were like “hum koi help ni kr sakte, Yahan jao, wahan jao, isse bat kr lo, usse bat kr lo, customer service me call kro and when I asked “what’s customer service’s number?”, They replied “google kr lo hum nahi batayenge”. One officer asked me to escalate it to her senior and gave her number, The lady argued to me when I called and said she’s in calcutta and she cannot help me. Later she called that officer and shouted. Worst bank ever, Never ever take loan from them. No support from the staff and their behaviour was even worst. #boycott_ICICI_NNbhilai Thank you.

Service is very bad They have changed my Name and phone no. And when i visited to the branch office they checked and denied to accept the falt they tod me to call customer care And what no. They gave to me it was not toll free for that I have recharged it for 100 rs My talk was not over and the balance was finished Very poor services i have seen by this bank no m going to break the card and close my all accounts My whole family use this bank i will tell everyone to my father mother and sister to close the accounts

Very worst person mr kamlesh tondon he wasted my time.He told me that i am coming to your home regarding our service since 10 days but not yet to come.I prefer its better to be choose another bank like axis bank.

ICICI BANK SUPELA TO

I went to open NRE account and convert my existing saving account to NRO ,I showed my visa, appointment letter, passport, adharcard, pancard but the staff wanted flight ticket ,I said it may not be required,they said bring flight ticket, account will be within 2days .They mislead me , the staff doesnot know how to open an NRE account and convert normal account to NRO ,they wasted by 35 days post visa issue and it's just a week before my flight my NRE account is not opened .Such a worst bank ,the staff ,including Branch manager and deputy manager are not serious and sincer in their job ,and their job knowledge is also poor ,that's why they mislead the customer

Branch with smaller staff Size. Nehru Nagar Branch is bigger and more staff.
