    The right deal. The story is that they have agreed to notify me as soon as my cell phone arrives and if it doesn't happen, they don't notify me. Those things bother me a lot because excuses for not having had time or for missing it are not worth it. I pay you religiously and what less than fulfilling what was agreed. I'm not asking for anything out of this world, especially when it's just another tool in my work. Otherwise it would be something else and it wouldn't have the importance it has.

    This week, the second time there is a queue and they say: come back later. With cold they should invite free coffee on the side. I'm certainly not coming back. My schedules don't allow it

    The treatment from the staff was very good, I was with a guy who was very professional. The problem is that there are many lines, because clients come from many municipalities. They should expand the service.

    REGRETTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE After having sent a WhatsApp at 12:00 to request an appointment (as the store suggested on my last visit), I am preparing to go to the store at 1:30 p.m. because I have not received a response and because the internet says It indicates that the opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., well, I arrive at the store at 1:45 p.m. and find the door closed and the worker inside. After telling him that I want him to attend to me, he ignores me and continues doing his thing. When I finally get him to approach the door, he tells me that the store closes at 1:50 p.m., to which I tell him that it is 1:45 p.m. and that the sign at the entrance clearly indicates that the opening hours It's until 2:00 p.m. He answers that on his watch it is already 1:51 p.m. and that it always closes at 1:50 p.m. (regardless of what the sign indicates), I explain that I come from afar and that having made the portability today from another company, My phone is without network and I only come to pick up a SIM card that was already prepared for delivery (an operation that would have taken less than a minute)...well he turns around and tells me to come back in the afternoon . It seems to me to be a brutal lack of professionalism and sensitivity to the client. In this store they make a lot of emphasis on the fact that they give a lot of importance to customer service, because they should make them look at it, not to mention that rule that they have come up with to reduce customer service hours as they please.
