This grand old lady's star may have lost its lustre, but there is still an elegance about her. The food was good and the price surprisingly reasonable. Service was impeccable. Worth a revisit.

Very good value for money. We ordered the “sample menu” and everything was tasty and well prepared. Food styling and service were excellent.

Superb experience! I had high expectations going here I was not disappointed. They actually exceeded my expectations! The waitress and hostess were friendly and informative. The food was a fun experience. We got the menu ejecutivo and it was all so delicious. Definitely recommend this place and looking forward to going back. Highly recommend!

As soon as i get close to the door, the head-chef, Delia, opens it for me. I realized instantly that the service was gonna be good. Its a very small restaurant, like 70 seats, separated by 3 rooms. Main, semi-private and private. The food was great, i chose the 9 course menu, and it was a delightful experience. My cup never was empty troughout the whole meal. Thank you all for the service it was amazing, and see you next time!! I recommend it!!

Everything amazing, the staff so kind, the atmosphere so quiet and smooth, and the food, excellent, we tried the deer and the pork, the selection of wines is quite wide.

I enjoyed the executive menu, which I mistakenly assumed was a selection of each: appetizer, main, and dessert. What I consumed far exceeded my expectations. Amuse bouché - apéritif Taco tuna sashimi on a mouse topped Mushroom cream Tuna tartare topped with a poached egg w/ avocado sauce,l and a wasabi sauce Mushrooms two ways: Chopped with a poached egg and a broth The broth and egg drain through the dish as you consume the mushrooms to form a delicious soup. Merluza al pil pil with a muscle sauce ( two separate sauces). Prensa a la ibérica (au jus) & ginger sauce with a basil infused cheese. Torrija (more like a crepe) with creme, topped with caramelized sugar. On the side a serving of arroz con leche ice cream. Coffee (one shot of espresso) served with chocolate mousse, a crisp, and a mini magdalena. The meal came with wine (red or white) and water. So the atmosphere is a four, not for anything done by the restaurant...it was practically empty. I was dining alone and there was a young couple there as well. It was mid-day on a Wednesday. All in all, it was an excellent experience and an exceptional meal.

One of my best restaurant experiences during my travels. Certainly a must visit place in Bilbao for a very afordable price. On michelin they absolutely deserve a star both in food and in service!
