The restaurant says they have gluten-free pizza but when you order it, they tell you that it’s from the fridge and is not fresh? We ordered for 4 persons and the dishes are not served together one get it, but then we have to wait al most min 10 before the outher get there dishes. Also the kwaliteit of the good is poor, no taste. And the service of the staff is 6- it’s take al long time to order and a smile ore a friendly Welkom. They don’t do it. So this was €100 spent in the wrong restaurant

Rather strange place: out of white wine at the beginning of Saturday night. Service is awful: my friend ordered pizza, me some meat and pizza was served first. So I had to wait for my food starving watching my friend eating her pizza while it's warm( though when waiter asked us about how to serve we mentioned that we are eating separately so our food has to be served together). My food was dry. But combo of meat and pear was interesting. Toilet was out paper, another out of locker.

Best place to eat in Bilbao! Lovely and friendly staff! Very high quality food for adequate price! People that are moaning about price or portions should stick to McDonald. This is a very good restaurant. Ve been there 3 times amd defo coming back again. 💖👌👍

Best service! Best pizza 🍕. Good and pretty cheap Enfantil menu. Tiered of tapas and pinchos, found that place. Highly recommended!

We went on a Wednesday evening and it was very empty. The food was good though! I found it very salty though. It was also a little bit pricy.

Pretty good pasta and pizza! Used the fork 50% off so the meal came out quite cheap. Close to many attractions.

Great food and spectacular service. My wife and I go there pretty often and it hasn't disappointed yet. On top of that, in one of our visits to the restaurant, we had made a mistake and ordered the wrong salad (completely our fault), the waitress offered to replace it with the one we actually wanted. Wow, I rarely had this treatment from a restaurant. The food is high quality and the menu is varied: salad, pasta, pizza and a selection of fish and meat, there's something for everyone, the house wine is also really good. In terms of prices, La Nicoletta is very competitive, albeit a bit on the expensive side, but given the quality of the food and service, it's definitely worth it.

Supposedly Italian restaurant. Very poor options for coeliacs, lots of better restaurants nearby that deserve support. Don't bother.
