Quite slow service due to the place being overcrowded and having only to people to serve. Tasty pintxos and good wine but the steak was overpriced and practically raw. Not sure I would stop by again, especially if I don't learn how to speak better Spanish in the future

Best pintxos I had in this trip to Bilbao and San Sebastian. Excellent ingredients, very well prepared and great presentation. Much better than Gure Toki!!! Service was efficient and atmosphere was great to experience authentic Basque food. Glad that there was no need to queue :-)

Nice but a lot of bone, we saw other chuletón dishes being served and I kind of got the impression that perhaps we were underserved because of the fact we were not Spanish.. other table got to see the meat, whereas we hadn’t. The day befor we went to an amazing place in San Sebastián (bar Nestor) where we had one of the best chuletón ever I had in Spain

You can have cold tapas or cooked fresh from the kitchen. Delicious with a good Rioja.

We went for a late dinner, had a table and waited quite long for an order to be taken. Sidre was served half a portion, literally just half of the glass without any explanation. Cost of a tiny piece of file (pil pil) codfish max 80 gr is 22 eu and when my son could not eat it bcs the filet was actually quite cheesy and not soft - no alternative offers or compliments offered. Pintxos bar is a disaster because a) you can not order it sitting at your table b) you ll wait in the line for 30-40 min 😭 The lady waitress was very polite, but an older man was absolutely unwilling to help, serve or talk even minor english -which left an impression of unfriendly attitude as we dis not really have a chance to order or explain what we really wanted.

Great service and cozy environment! Pinxtos were great, the squid and chorizo were a bit salty.

Another bar / sit down restaurant the boys popped into. Oddly the beer was called Köstritzer Schwarzbier..and green in colour. Left over from St Paddy Day!? Had yet more tasty pintxos..so no dinner tonight. Lots of nooks and crannies to sit in. Boss said 5* because the Tortilla was Fan-tab-u-dosey. Estupendo for those who do not speak Manchester / Crankies.

Place was very busy and they we're understaffed. Really enjoyed the salad and bread at the steak was just OK

Many different pinchos and also a small restaurant included. Prices are ok, Service friendly.

Have been there before and was good in the past but extremely disappointed this time. We ordered Rabas at the time that wasn't particularly busy but many other people suddenly arrived and our order was given to the locals and were told that we were next but again our order was given to another customer and twice more. We had already paid so couldn't just go. By the time our Rabas turned up it was terrible and full of deep fried crust with almost nothing in it and oily. When I left I told the guy that served us it wasn't nice and he just smiled without care. My wife is Spanish so it wasn't like we didn't know anything at all about the food. I will never go back!

Classic pintxo bar in the old town of Bilbao. Interesting to note the high water mark of the famous flood in the 1980s. Hint. Up near the ceiling. Definitely worth including in any pintxo route through the casco viejo.

The steak is awesome. Definitely recommend it. Pintxos looked really nice but did not try them (yet).

Really enjoyed our pintxos. Pork loin was fabulous. Potato tortilla was best on our trip. Various other dishes all very good. Get there early otherwise you won't get a spot. Highly recommended.

Here is the best Chuleton for me I went there many times eat alone and I’m enjoy they meat a lot recommended 👌🏻

Visited twice on a short break. Rabas superb as well as the other delicious pinxos. Great atmosphere and friendly service. Good value for money . Highly recommend.

I did not like. price: the usual. 25 euros per person. quantity: insufficient. We left the restaurant and went to the other side to eat again. food quality: bad. squid without accompaniment. steak, even scraping the salt on top, it was still too salty

Very busy place but staff are so efficient and no need to queue, delicious Pintxos. Everything fresh and delicious. Could have tried everything on display . Highly recommended. All staff helpful and friendly.

A bit pricy for the quality. Txuleton and cider was quite good. Expected a bit more from the shrimps. Overpriced cider and got charged (1.20€ ea.) for bread without asking for it.

We had a lovely evening there. It is a pinxtu bar with a separated area serving as the restaurant part. This is more the kind of a comfy, unfettered place. We took the meat plate for 2 (with the table grill) and got a good recommendation for a bottle of red wine. As side French fries and a small salad was served. Value for money was really good. Waiters were friendly although they seemed really stressed this day.

Best food and drink in Bilbao and welcoming atmosphere is a welcome escape from the busy city. Service was excellent food and drink arrived very quickly and staff helpful to explain the menu to non native speakers. Highlight of my stay in Bilbao.

Great txuleton, but besides that nothing special. Would be even better if served with your sauce of choice. Strange that they charge for bread, and they do not ask if you want it beforehand.
