Very nice restaurant, the best Italian food I had ever, and the staff very nice specially Janey , they can speak English which is something rarely you can find in Bilbao restaurants

We chose to takeaway pizzas from this restaurant as we were staying at the Meliá hotel opposite. We found the the staff unhelpful. The food could of Benin better. 👍

Good food and friendly staff

Very nice place, in the shopping center, we went for lunch and it was very busy, the host asked us if we would mind coming after 30m because they couldn't handle the ount of people that was inside the restaurant. (this wasn't a problem for us, she was very friendly and we understood) So we came back after 30m and a table were given without delay. The manager came to greet us and give the menu's. (she didn't inform us there was a lunch menu) she took our order in a robotic way (she was not genuine). The food was very tasty and the portion was big, only good things to say about the food. What it really took our attention was the way the manager was talking to the rest of the staff, always in a very aggressive manner and demanding most of the times instead of supporting. We could see in the face of some staff the frustration being told off by her in front of customers. If it wasn't for this we would probably give 5*
