    Great pintxos, good wine, friendly people and a convivial atmosphere. And Rafa on the TV. What more could one desire. Their pintxos were some of the best I’ve had in several trips across Spain.

    Loved it here. Great staff and a relaxed laid back atmosphere. Excellent tapas available. House wines start at €1.20. Please visit if you can.

    This not the first time we have visited Bar Roma. We had been looking forward to our visit. We have tapas and beer. The food is extra special. A joy! You will be very glad you came.

    great find! lovely selection of delicious pintxos, which made for a wonderful brunch. Staff is friendly and patient (we can barely string a sentence in spanish together, but they speak some english so all went smoothly) Forget your hotel's continental breakfast and try this local gem! We liked it so much we even ordered some more for the road (they do takeaway too)

    Bar Roma’s pintxos are delicious. The tortillas and cheesecake are amazing, but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. Also, the owners are incredibly hospitable.

    Went to this place twice for breakfast during our short weekend trip. Couldn't fault it! Staff were friendly even though there was a language barrier and was very patient with us! Delicious omelette pintxos and were reasonably priced :)

    Hands down the best pinxtos from all the bars we tried in Bilbao. Very friendly service and chill atmosphere. Unlike some of the more busy bars in the city center. Extremely tasty and fresh pinxtos. Top local wines. We came back 3 times. 10/10 would recommend.
