I absolutely love this place and I actually miss bilbao because of it! They have the richest tasting gelato I have ever had and the prices are extremely reasonable. I came here three times of the three nights I was in Bilbao to get a gelato after dinner. My favourite flavour here is pistachio, but the black sesame and white sesame are pretty awesome too! Must do!!!

Employee made a mistake. Not willing to correct their mistake. Demand my 4 and 6 year old daughter to give their ice cream back even though I repeatedly told them the right order. Horrible taste anyway. Stay away!

Disappointing. Guy serving clearly felt he was done for the day and had decided not to serve any more customers, despite it being prior to closing time. It’s interesting that Bilbao is so very keen to market itself as a better destination for tourism than San Sebastián. I’d say it has a long way to go - the only negative experiences of two weeks travelling the Basque Country have been in Bilbao. Would recommend spending your time in a more welcoming town.

Authentic Italian gelato, soft and creamy. Some flavors are unrecognizable (e.g. Reese's), but overall they're really good. My favorite: Chocolate 72%.

Gelato is really tasty, it's like the italian one. Great variety of tastes, all very good. Recommended for everybody! The staff is very kind and friendly

The best ice cream!! Dulcw de leche and rice with dulce were gorgeous. So many different flavours, maybe 100! Very nice service. Good price, cheaper than others and better

Possibly not the most authentic place in the world but a million & one flavors, many of which were very unique, so I can’t help but recommend because nearly anyone could find something they like. I suggest the churro flavor!

As good as it looks. The server helpfully translated a few of the labels, which led me to the indomitable ride pudding flavour. Great value too.

Best gelato ice cream in Bilbao :) lots of varieties, tastes really good. Staff always friendly. Wafers for mediano sizes taste better than the pequeno ones.

Service was fantastic and gelato was incredible! Between everyone in our group, we tried stratiacella, menta blanca, ferrero rocher, carrot cake and Oreo. They were all delicious but the ferrero rocher & the mint were probably the winners. Would definitely return if we were to return to Bilbao; HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Crepes and waffles are underwhelming. Texture more like hard taco than a crepe. Nice staff though.

Many flavours, we came few times and tasted different ones - all were good. I like there interesting combinations of the flavours!

Finally a gelateria with many vegan options! They have a separate isle with loads of vegan sorbets - mostly fruit based, but there were some like chocolate, vanilla or pina colada. Loved it! Just be aware that the shop is really popular, and there's often a long line in front of it.

Lots of ice cream flavors. I tried matcha and it was actually good matcha! Nice and strong. The downside - there was one person in front of me ordering ice cream, and one other family of three ordering crepes, yet the wait was almost 20 minutes.

Amazing ice cream! Theres a reason why my tour guide pointed it out. Endless flavours and good prices.
