DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND IT! Soooooooo tasty. Just the perfect burger place (wouldn't place it in the fast food restaurant list) maybe a fast-gourmet grill restaurant list should be created and put it goïko grill in it top 5, especially theor wedges potatoes which are freshly cut(the potatoes 🥔 bags were at the entrance of the kitchen so everyone could see/steal them. The waiters and staff were nice and helpful, the only negative point is that an online reservation should be done, so you could enjoy one of their burgers.

When I first came here 5 years ago, I could easily say that this was the best burger I have ever had. Coming from New York, I'm used to the whole spectrum of burgers, since establishments have to compete for your attention, palette and wallet. So, having had great burgers (not talking about anything in the same vein as McDonalds, Wendy's or Burger king... ) throughout New York I arrogantly thought to myself that I knew a good burger. Basically, don't try to teach a priest how to pray. Boy was I wrong 5 years ago. SINCE THEN however, the name as a whole has gone downhill. Depending on the day you go you will always get good to great service (at both locations in Bilbao) but you many not always get the same quality. The potato rations will either be 100 kilos or a couple pieces. They have recently switched to having little metal baskets, perhaps in an attempt to curb over/under serving. The burger can come with American cheese (the worst cheese ever) that is put on at the last minute, not having had enough time to melt, might not be cooked how you ordered OR so over cooked that its dryer than the brittle leaves of autumn (La Kiki). Don't get me started on delivery. While the potatoes being cold might not be their fault as the bike messenger can take long, they do have control over completely undercooking the burger. Ive had to, on two occasions, cook the burger AGAIN! Lastly, the prices have increased. They do send coupons to off set our costs, so you have to make sure you sign up with them., but otherwise NOT worth the full price. Alas, my wife and I still go every 2-3 months or so with the lit-candle-in-the-hurricane hope that they can go back to their once top held prestige in our hearts.

I just had the best burger patty in my life. Tender, delicious, juicy, simply amazing. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially El menor and Chato. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great burger.

Google says you’re open. The sign in front of the shop says it’s open. The employee in the morning tell us that it’s open all day. Lights are on. Door is open. But the staff don’t want to serve us. Please update your opening hours on Google!

You have to wait way too long to even get the attention of the people working there to get a table. Then it's the same process again to order. And again the same process to get paid. This is nonsense. And this is the same standar over all the Goiko I have been at. Goiko fix the service level.

Place was empty at 5pm but we were denied dine in service. How would I know it just works by reserve?, kid in the entrance didn't even told us. Had to take out Food Portions are good, ingredients are tasty, meat flavor is strong but a little on the chewy side. Bread is ok. No ketchup added in carry bag. Food can't compensate the whole experience.

Believe me there you can eat one of the best burgers a had in the last years!!! We had the SMASH burger with sweet potatoe fries and as a starter the onion rings. 5 stars are not enough and the price is okay for this good quality 🍔

BURGUERS WERE VERY GOOD. Service was friendly and professional. 4 stars because unfortunately all fries of three dishes were “not warm” ... (sent back to kitchen) and chicken a bit overfried to our taste (see pics). Good surprise: The Frozen Goiko dessert (chocolate) was AMAZING!

Nice place to have a hamburger and an amazing salad! We tried the "Fresh" and the "Thai chicken" were very satisfied, the last one is warm and can actually count as a complete meal. Unfortunately, forgot to take photo of it, but worth trying! Is not cheap, for burgers you gotta pay around 13 euros, but they are tasty.

We would like to say thank you. when Claudia visited me in Bilbao The staff (Loni and Nay) allowed us to have a great meal and enjoy the very incredible moment together in this Space. Both are so glad.

The worst service ever ! It shame for such a place to have these terrible employees , the lady with the red hair is such a bad person , un apologetic, rude , 1 hour and 5 min the burger took to arrive ( which most probably she forgot to punch the order) and she doesn’t even apologise , talking to me as if I’m her employee ,and her friend with the blond hair is laughing at me , check CCTV , terrible employees , shame !

Great atmosphere, in a great location, with amazing super friendly staff. The Kevin bacon is a safe bet and the onion rings portion is huge and really tasty. Really recommend it

Very nice atmosphere and the place is quite big so you usually are able to get a table relatively fast. Since ordering, the waiting times are minimal. The amount of staff is surprisingly abundant and you get your food in around 10 minutes. Prices are a little high as for a burger place but considering the location and the quality of the food they become very reasonable. Bathrooms are very neat too. Overall a good experience and some really tasty food.

Absolutely amazing food and amazing service, the atmosphere is great and everything tastes fresh and delicious. We were served by Ioni and his attention and service was the best I’ve ever had! Always served with a smile and did everything he could to make our experience so much better!

It was our first time going to Goiko, and I did not expect the food to be so delicious, it was amazing, I ordered a guaca chicken burger and the guacamole was so fresh and everything else was just delicious and of course I loved my favorite sweet potatoes fries, we also was served by Ioni, he was so nice and helpful all the time, I recommend this place 10/10😎

Adrian hosted us as if we were family. Good food, good place, very well served, clean and comfy. Maybe tables too close, hence no intimacy. However, the food? Dead good. A must down Bilbao for a burger. The apple clobber rounds up a dead good meal (must share).

The food is good but as well as any other Goiko restaurant the service is SLOW. Waiting for someone to serve you for 10 minutes, then waiting 10 minutes to order, and then 20+ minutes for only drinks… :/ it’s too bad they’re food is good, otherwise I wouldn’t come back. Better to order it.

Excellent burgers. I can't recommend this place enough. You have to book in advance, but it is quick and easy to do over the phone. The Kevin Bacon will always have a place in my heart literally! Also try their sweet potato fries. A friend said the beer is quite good as well.
