7€ for 2 return tickets. The man at the ticketing counter is also the man operating the funicular. Lovely place to picnic.

It's a nice and different way up plus you get great views of the surrounding area. Sadly on top there is not much to do. I went when it was cloudy and the views was not as clear due to cloud.

The funicular is a great way to see Bilbao, both from the funicular itself and from the viewpoint at the top. Note that the cabins are not air conditioned and with a few people in there on a warm day it can be quite stifling.

If you want a Nice Spot and a Skyline over Bilbao than this is the way to get up the Hill! there is as well a playground for kids a place for a picnic: dont forget the blanket Price is around 4,30 Euro per person (up/down) Dogs are for free. Pricelist is always changing: Plech check upfront. Yes it is allowed to take trolley with you. Open Workday from 7:15 => 22:00 Sunday and BankHoliday 8:15 => 22:00 Train needs 3min up/down the hill Train is every 15min running up the hill ! and yes you can walk as well down the hill ... but this will take you around 45min

Great experience, if not a little daunting given the incline you travel at. Well worth the cost and the views at the top are sensational.

With a pretty rose garden at the top, as well as great views of the city below, it’s worth a visit to add some context to your travels to Bilbao

It's one of the must visit places in bilbao as the view from the top is amazing .There are no tickets for children under 6 which is sign posted next to the tickets so don't buy tickets without verifying that. Its literally few mins ride and kind of an attraction for kids so highly recommend it.

A must do if you have more than one day in Bilbao. At the top, you can see the entire city. Fun, quick ride to the top.

Great view! Worth visiting for sure. €4.50 round trip ticket. Runs every 15 minutes. Couple nice restaurants at the top and the park itself was very nice.

The funicular itself is cheap (95c each way) and clean. There are good views from the top across the town and over to the airport but the area is rather run down and little to do there

Great. Very quick and no waiting. Worth the journey for city view. But can be very hot in the carriages.

A little bit of wait for the funicular to begin and somewhat poorly ventilated, but takes you up to a gorgeous view of Bilbao. Can get crowded at times.

Excellent way to quickly get to the top for the views and a nice walk.

very steep hill so the funicular is essential... you can pay single at 2.50 Euros or use the Bilbao Barik card (which can only be obtained from one of the larger stations)

Quick ride to the panarama views on Mirador de Artxanda. Make sure to have face masks as it’s mandatory.

Worth the trip up. Great view from the top. Runs every 15 minutes until 10pm this time of year. Was just over €7 for 2x return. Ride is 3 minutes

Easy to get a ticket and reasonably priced. They have different cars for those with dogs and bikes

Queue was ok. Not expensive. Looks like Basque region likes funiculars a lot. Great view of the city. Could not wait till dark.

👍👍 The Artxanda Viewpoint is a somewhat hidden gem in Bilbao that offers spectacular views of the city and its surrounding area. On a sunny day, it won't disappoint and is worth the trip! I would highly recommend checking it out. Enjoy yourself!! :)
