Zubi Zuri Bridge in Bilbao, Basque for White Bridge, is very unique design and you can take some great pictures in the day and at night. I prefer night shots. The design is the off-centred main beam that runs across to assist with the suspension. The glass floor is covered with the black color carpet, because people were slipping over. It was a nice lead-up to the Guggenheim museum.

Wow, I can not imagine the river without this bridge. Beautiful arquitecture. It is a place for selfies, family and friends photos. Watch out for the gap between the bridge structure and the edge of the bridge pavement. In my opinion, children must be led by the hand of an adult. They get very happy there!

Beautiful river - the flow of the river increases in the morning and evening, water is very clean and its a calming experience to walk.

A bridge that amazes and fascinates with its intricate structure. Very modern and original style. You can go it on foot as well as ride a bike. Unfortunately, in the middle there is a carpet that spoils the image of the entire bridge.

From here you can take a nice family photo of r a selfie with the Guggenheim in the back ground or the other way round the city council I'm the back ground..

A wonderful architectural creation, as if it transports us to another time. Crossing the bridge you can admire the beautiful views of Bilbao and feel the breeze of the river.

The structure looks good but slightly dirty with homeless ppl around the bridge. They also covered up the glass portion of the bridge with carpet, which was the major attraction of the bridge. Pity

It is a Calatrava bridge, it does connect two banks of the river Nervion and it looks nice from a distance. But it falls apart, the rubber walkway and the glass around it. It pollutes the river! Incredible! And it is not very practical, only one direction to get on and off….

An area of architectural interest. You have a. Very good view of the Calatrava bridge and the Isozaki towers which are very well integrated to the urban landscape of Bilbao.

How about taking the black mat off and replacing with 5 millimeter spiral stainless steel rod from side to side with a 10 or 15 millimeter gap between each piece of steel. It would return the beauty of the glass with grip for pedestrians. Hi heels could be a problem 😂 cheers Paul

The white bridge. Great for taking photos, but stay out of the way of locals who just wanna get across.

Schöne moderne Brücke über den Fluss. Leider wurde der Glasboden aus Sicherheitsgründen mit einer Art Filz überzogen sodass man nicht mehr den Effekt hat "über einen Hauch von Nichts" zu laufen. Dennoch architektonisch sehr schön anzuschauen.

Auf jeden Fall ein kleines Highlight, ein Brücke aus Glas, leider ist das Glas schon sehr milchig bzw. angelaufen. 5 Sterne wenn man noch durch das Glas auf den Fluss schauen könnte.

The 'clean' city Bilbao has many beautiful bridges allover, but I think this one is the most beautiful one. Near Matiko, 9 minutes walk from Casco Viejo.

Beautiful bridge. Definitely not a must see but if you are at Guggenheim museum it’s a short walk there and it’s worth having a look at it.

Use this bridge for easy access to the funicular. Walked on this bridge on a weekend and there were many locals walking up and down to cross the river.

Even if it's a well know bridge in Bilbao I don't really like Calatrava's work. I'm thankful that the townhall put mattresses in the bridge cause that genius of an architect designed a glass floor in a city were it's raining 90% of the year.

Pretty bridge that connects you from one end of the river to the next. It looks better at night being lit up. Nothing too special about it other than the curved architecture design

Zubizuri is great for dinner. Also a good place for a beer or a glass of wine. Friendly staff who happily accept poor Spanish spoken by English tourists. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bilbao.

I love walking across the bridge or a ramp or elevator however, you want to look at it it’s a lot of lovely, modern sculpture although don’t walk on the glass part in the rain. The only more beautiful bridge I can think of is the Pont des artes, Paris
