Had a fabulous stay over Christmas holiday! Gracious staff, lovely decor and furnishings, pristine room with very comfortable bed and linens. Very comfortable bar/lounge in lobby to have drinks with friends. Fitness room and spa on site which is a special feature. Very quiet, walk to Guggenheim and all sites in Bilbao proper. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

This is a wonderful hotel perfectly situated in the lovely city of Bilbao. Here you are literally steps from the Guggenheim and Fine Arts Museums. Restaurants and cafes abound. The staff at this hotel is the best. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable - tastefully appointed. The breakfast buffet is delicious.

Very kind and service minded stuff. I had a great stay. Hotel I located just a cross of Guggenheim museum and in walking distance to everywhere. Easy access to from and to airport. The picture is taken from my bed, Guggenheim is in the right side, you can see it when you are closer to the window.

We had a beautiful weekend in Bilbao . Hotel Miro is on perfect location. The staff are so friendly and kind. They have a bar without a waiter ,but you can take whatever you want,and you need just a write room number,,so cool! Of course you need to pay later,but the price are really responsible. They also have a luggage room if you have a late flight,so you can leave there.

Fabulous location for a visit to Bilbao city center. I arrived by bus at 5 AM planning to wait in the lobby until the city opened. By 8:30 AM the hotel manager had an early check out and had cleaned the room and made it ready for me. I’ve never experienced that kind of hospitality in the past. Rooms are well designed, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby bar, has comfortable furniture and self service, coffee and snacks at all hours.

Very pleasant and well managed, the hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. Miro is located near the Bilbao Guggenheim and clearly a walking paradise.

The location and service at this hotel are second to none. It’s located across the street from the Guggenheim (on the same street) about a block or two down. Amazing access to the museum, the River walk, restaurants, the Bilboat launching point and the mall, shops and more. The service we received from Ruben and Esther was wonderful and everyone we met was nice. We added on the rollaway bed for our toddler and he loved sharing a room with us. It was a great urban hotel room and an affordable luxury hotel! Good for kids and families. We ate next door at Sua San and had a delightful breakfast. Pics are from the surrounding neighborhood. Can’t wait to stay again!

Outstanding hotel experience at Hotel Miro. Comfortable room, great location near the Guggenheim, and very friendly and helpful staff. I came here for my birthday week and the nice people here at the hotel made it one to remember. Highly recommend

A lovely hotel opposite the Guggenheim museum. Fantastic location and helpful staff. The rooms are small but functional. It has a small honesty bar. Breakfast is simple, a cold buffet and eggs . It is best to avoid the eggs. I would happily recommend and return.

Pros: excellent service, kind and professional staff. Well situated across from the Guggenheim. Cons: dim rooms, uncomfortable mattresses, and tiny flat pillows.

Welcoming staffs and clean environment. This is strategically located at the heart of the town. You don't need any taxi around unless you are going far, most attractions are close by.

Good location however walls are paper thin. Had to listen to our neighbor coughing the entire night. Sounded like she was in the same room as us.

Super service. Super Nice staff and they fixed our small bed issue in a quick a great way. On top of that we got a wonderful surprise.

awesome location and service. liked the rooms also, maybe needed a bit of a refresh on some of the items like couch and a few dents and scratches on the walls. breakfast was great and the view of the park/museum is great night and also waking up to it. design of everything was really nice and you can tell that everything was thought out.

This is a lovely chic and comfortable hotel in a great location - great view of Guggenheim from our room - early check in was much appreciated - staff was outstanding in both the day shift and night shift - super helpful, warm and kind. I would give 6 stars if I could.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious but with a view to the patio. Ok, no problem for us because we used the room just for sleeping 😌. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast ok with egg order a la carte. The "Hotelbar" is in a honesty style. You grab what you want and noticed it paper with the consumption and room no. We don't liked it. The location of the hotel right opposite the Guggenheim museum was perfect.

Great hotel - the closest of all to the Guggenheim? Friendly, helpful staff. Park in front, to check in and leave luggage - underground carpark 100 yards further down the road. I think I was paying around 13 euros a day to park. 2km stroll along the river or shopping area to the old town. Will be back.

We had a 3 night stay here and really enjoyed it. The entrance lobby has a stylish, bright feel and we were checked into our room super fast. The reception staff are amazing and can’t do enough to please and ensure you are happy with everything. Their English is quite good. The room is bright and modern with a view of the surrounding hills and a distant side view of the Guggenheim (room 26). Very quiet and peaceful room day and night. Breakfast was taken in a bright, modern space and included fresh fruit, cheese, pastries and scrambled or fried eggs on toast. There is a lovely library and bar. We parked our car in the Car Park opposite at a cost of 42 euros for 3 days.

Quite a remarkable find. After agonising over the best value/location/ Guggenheim, booked after arriving in Bilbao. Brilliant location, excellent service, absolutely beautifully appointed rooms and lounge. Tip book with breakfast. Parking underground 50m. 2 minutes walk to Guggenheim, value here!

My family and I came here just for breakfast. It was delicious and fresh. A good variety and prompt service. They were very kind and attentive. Our toddler was entertained by the colouring pencils and they were very generous with her. We would go back again.

Perfect location right across from Guggenheim, parking next door on Placa Euskadia. Airport bus stop very close. Comfortable contemporary design hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Not worth more than 100€. I booked what they called it a suit but really nothing about suit there. It is a covered terrace. Sink and path open to bed, ugly design. Smelly Old Carpet. We paid 300€ which really not worth at all.

Nice looking hotel with central location, public parking next door

This might be just a personal experience subjected to vary people by people, but at least I greatly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and the kindness of the lovely staff! There are some occasions where you cannot stay with your company at the same room, for instance, because of the different sleeping habits and cycle etc., but you donnot have to worry about those, since every spaces here are cozy and full of interesting things, including various books about contemporary art and artists. Highly recommended!
