On water front in Bilbao near Gurggenheim. Hotel is built around concrete court in middle that is very tatty. Get a room that looks outwards from building rather than into concrete courtyard - unless looking at weeds and air conditioning ducts your sport of thing. 🤔

What a noisy hotel !!!! You can hear absolutely everything from the roms above and contiguous. Really upseting and disturbing. Although the staff was excellent and very helpful; the noise really turns down the whole experience. I would definetely not stay here again.

Very solid 3 star hotel. The room wasn't big but it's was ok looking to inner yard which meant it was quiet. The Front Desk was very friendly. The hotel is located on the old town side, walking distance from it, new town and Guggenheim museum. The location is therefore quite good.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone no matter the nature of their visit. Its location is ideal; the staff is friendly, professional and accomodating. I organized a room last minute through a third party and regret not calling directly because dealing with the hotel staff is so much easier. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and had one of the best meals yet during our stay so far. I particularly liked the shower head (s) and the cleanliness of the room/bathroom! If I ever come to Bilbao again, this is where I'll stay.

Been there for two nights. Nice rooms with a big bathroom and comfortable beds. Ate there dinner and breakfast and it was delicious. The location is great: right by the river, the Guggenheim and the central parts of the city.

I could not have been happier with my stay at this hotel. From beginning to end it was top notch. The staff is wonderful. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and quiet. The location could not be better - an easy walk to anything. I highly, highly recommend this property and am looking forward to my return.

Lovely hotel in a great location just across the Źubizuri bridge, 8 minutes from the Guggenheim and 10 minutes from the old town. The room was nice and clean. The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel in a good location between the Gugenheim and the old town. Breakfast is great and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and it was lovely to be able to return after Covid.

Nice hotel and helpful staff. Our interior room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Some have remarked on the darkness of interior rooms, but we weren’t bothered by it. We opted for their breakfast buffet which offered a nice variety to choose from. Great location. The Guggenheim was less than ten minutes away over the river via a pedestrian bridge, the Zubizuri or via the La Salve bridge with its red arc structure. A little further in the opposite direction will bring you to Plaza Nueva in the middle of Casco Viejo, the old town.

The location is great. It's a good breakfast. The room is fine. I highly recommend staying here.

Central hotel with the best location, very useful amenities in the room as toothpaste -comp, toothbrush etc, very specius rooms,one stop with the bus from the airport and the team can lead you wherever you want. The only minus was that room was very warm and we didn't have any view

Interior room view on a very dark Patio, air conditioning not fonctioning. I would not recommend.

Very nice location on the river next to the iconic Zubizuri bridge, while at us an easy walk to the Guggenheim museum and Bilbao Old Town.

Booked for two nights, only stayed one. Room very small, bed not comfortable and aircon only overly effective was too hot and didn't sleep well at all. Didn't enjoy.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, spacious rooms, big beds, good value breakfast. On the negative side, parking in the area is very hard and the hotel doesn't give priority for guest on its garage. There aren't any began options in the buffet breakfast. Otherwise good value for money.

I had the pleasure of staying four nights at Conde Duque this summer and I had a very pleasant experience. The room was well equiped and quiet. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent. Nice cafeteria with terrace to relax. The area is one of the most iconics of Bilbao. I would recommend to anyone that visits Bilbao! It captures the flavour of the Villa! And I know because I am from Bilbao!!!

Very good quality/price ratio. Quiet, centric, clean, close to the river channel and the Guggenheim museum... Perfect for business and leisure.

Service and location were quite good, but the room wasn't according to my expectation. Anyhow it was just to sleep.

My friends toilet bag with quite expensive cosmetics disappeared from our hotel bathroom while we were out, and the management was super uncooperative in solving the issue. They even accused my friend of lying about it. No matter how that thing dissapeared, i found it really unprofessional how they dealt with this. Next to that, the breakfast was also really dissapointing. Would not recommend.

Look of the rooms was really nice. Bathrooms had been renovated recently and the bed was nice. Unfortunately I had bad luck and got room from 1st floor...noices during the night came through clearly so earplugs were in order.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Hotel Conde Duque Bilbao! Its riverside location is perfect, the food is great, the staff are welcoming and the facilities are more than you would expect from a 3-star hotel. If you plan to stay in Bilbao, I honestly wouldn't recommend any other place. I may be returning in the near future, and I will certainly recommend to others!

This hotel is really nice, the room we've hosted was so great and the employees we treated were so good helping as to move through Bilbao. The breakfast included is so complete. Nice visit to Bilbao on a nice hotel!

I am very pleased with the bedroom, the facilities, lounge area, restaurant and the friendliness of the staff. A good position near the river bridge and access to new and old city plus 15 minutes easy walk from fabulous Guggenheim museum.

Location is just perfect, it's a 5 min walk to Guggenheim Museum and 10 min to both the old Town and train station. Rooms are big and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has a wide and very tasty range of options.

The best location to Bilbao waterfront. The rooms are renovated and cozy. Also Staffs are well trained and have hospitality.

Nice hotel with good location. Parking was always occupied but I was lucky to find free parking places nearby which may be quite difficult. No fridge in the room. Breakfast from 7.30 when I left around 7. But they offered lunch box. Window to the inner yard.
