Very nice rooms with view of La Arenal and a good service. The location is great as there are bus and taxi stops right in front of the hotel, the subway just on the other side and the hotel itself is right on the edge of El Casco Viejo with lots of restaurants and shops. Especially in La Plaza Nueva you'll find many small places for eating. The hotel offers a nice breakfast, but otherwise doesn't come with a restaurant...with the selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity, this isn't a factor to consider.

The hotel location is great but is compromised by the noise at night that kept us awake. The room is beautiful, clean and great balcony but we were quite cold with the sheets and didn't have enough toilet roll! Receptionist was brilliant and called us a taxi to airport.

Perfect stay. Room was clean, location was perfect, just a few steps from the metro station, close to oldtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. Add breakfast to your stay, worth the price difference.

I spent a few days solo at this hotel and I only have great things to say about it.. The staffs are cordial, helpful and friendly. They assisted me by doing phone calls to help me with my luggage who stayed behind in Milan.. Great location, I walked everywhere and the tram and buses are right across the street.. The room was spacious, clean and I love having nice windows. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fabulous.. I opted to have breakfast at the hotel and I was pleased with the selection I could choose from.. Seating close to the windows in the eating room I was able to see the activities outside while eating delicious foods.. I highly recommend this hotel and I am confident you will love it as well.. Thank you for making my stay with you a lovely experience..

Wonderful location just in front of the theatre in the old historical area. Though right in the city centre, very good quite rooms, wide windows overlooking the park and the centre. Wide room size - we booked a triple for adults. Great buffet breakfast ! Great staff ! We will suggest to our friends and we will book it again in case of another holiday stay in this beautiful city !

Excellent location of the hotel 100% with good rooms and really attentive staff at breakfast but maybe hotel need to speak with cleaning staff: 1. On the second day, after room cleaning, we missed the room key that we left in the room (they are usually given 2), we immediately turned to the cleaner lady and asked if she had taken the key. She promised to return the key the next day, but this did not happen. But the key wasn't really needed, so we didn't insist. 2. After check out we found that we left USB flash drive in the TV. We admit that this is our mistake. We asked the hotel to find the flash drive and return it if possible. But we received an answer that the cleaning staff could not find any the flash drive in the room. It was certainly unpleasant.

lovely staff on reception. Good size rooms, with safe, fridge, decent bathroom with bath and overhead shower. very clean through out hotel, and best location. would stay again.

Really nice hotel room, bright, spacious and very clean. Great water pressure in the shower and lovely a nice supply if toiletries on hand. Breakfast is available , and while it is a little bit expensive , it has a wide variety of choices and it is very convenient.

Hotel is small, but nice rooms, Breakfast is not a big deal. It was nice, but I expected more. Location of the Hotel is PERFECT to visit Bilbao. Not cat or public transport needed.

If you get the rooms with x07 and x08 then you are s*** out of luck as you watch the backside of the building. You can almost shake hands with your person in the neighbouring building when opening the window. The x07 (single bed) is approx 4 x 2 m with a bathroom 3-3.5 x 1.5 m. Nicely painted with high ceilings. Clean and good bed.

Lovely hotel, worth the price, really central but once you close the door there is no sound from outside. Breakfast was decent, Staff lovely. Nothing to fault to be honest

Optimal position , large of course clean rooms with lots of view and light. Very good breakfast ( but you have to coose your time). Receptionists always helpful and very kind. The only things not at the best level as the hotel the showers a little bit of old time.

Room okay. But we had not a view out of the window to see the surrounding. Breakfast was okay, but we miss a standard egg. The eggs, we try was with a taste of acid. Also standard salchichon. Rest was fine. Hotel was near old city and the river. All things you can reach via foot or go via metro to the coast side.

Perfect location near old town and walkable to Guggenheim. Ane at the front desk was a huge help with some excellent recommendations for restaurants, things to do, etc. this is not a luxury hotel but it is perfect for a few days I. Bilbao. Clean, great location and good breakfast before you head out. 👍

Enjoyable stay in a perfect location for all our activities in Bilbao. Metro just around the corner for trips to out of town attractions, but Guggenheim, river cruise, new and old town shopping, bars & restaurants are within walking distance. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well stocked with consumables & serviced every day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Bilbao and would stay here if we returned to Bilbao.

Great spot, right in the centre of the old town and a very clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Parking was only a couple of minutes away and reception were very helpful when we arrived and gave us plenty of information. Breakfast was expensive so we went to one of the many cafes nearby. We would definitely use the hotel again.

The location and facilities were excellent. It was so close to the main attractions and were able to walk just about everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, they kept our luggage during our last day as we had an evening train ride to catch. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location facing the Estuary of Bilbao. Everything within walking distance. Safety measures in place for staff and guests in relation to covid. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast dining room with a good selection of food and drinks to choose from. Highly recommended!

Ideal location for a visit to Bilbao within in easy walking distance of attarctions, bars and restaurants. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Rooms spacious, clean and services all you really need.

The hotel and staff were amazing. The only negative was not having mask required for both guest and staff at the front desk. I do understand numbers are low, but in international locations we should not let our guard down so easily.

We felt like we were in the middle of the action in the old part of town. Our conference was near the Guggenheim but it only took about 10 minutes on the light rail to get there. And we could walk from here to the Guggenheim in about 13 minutes anyway.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the old town. Our room was looking over the main street, theatre and square. The staff were so helpful, they suggested some great places to visit.

Excellent stay. Nice room with view to the plaza in front of hotel. Continental breakfast with lots of choise. In the bathroom we missed a separation between shower and rest of the bath room.
