Okay hotel. Rooms were large but a little bit dilapidated. Some of the wallpaper was coming loose near the floorboard. Good breakfast.

Great location, close by everything and good to walk around in Bilbao, we also appreciated an underground garage. Most of the staff has been very helpful, except a younger women who’s been not very professional after I had asked about directions to the parking entrench and misunderstood her directions, instead clarifying responded with ‘I’ve told you you, you don’t listen to me’ … (?). Further, while checking in, we were offered a paid room upgrade which, considering a GHA titanium status be free. In general, the hotel has not a strong interest in returning and or loyal customer. As for the room and while it was big, there was no view given its backyard location. The major problem of the room was that there was clearly an old water damage, partially moulding walls with very visible strains on almost all furniture to the level that I was very happy only staying for a night. I’ve staid at many NH collections, but this has been the worst by far, from the lack of focus of loyalty towards to the significant need of renovation. Overall, I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this hotel.

From the beginning we felt welcome. All our requests were met with a smile and nothing was impossible. A special 5 stars for Miss Casilda Arrieta, guest relation, smiling, friendly, competent. Everything she recommended, tourist spots or restaurants were a highlight. Great experience. Breakfast at the top👍

Good hotel. At the end of the large shopping street and also close to the Guggenheim museum. Service is ok. Rooms are ok but time for renovation as the furniture is getting old to be changed. In all other NH hotels first thing in the morning I go down and get a coffee and go out. First tine in this one they charged me bill for the coffee. Not good.

Almost perfect. Great staff. The room I had was quiet, comfortable and spacious the only slight negative is that some of the MDF in the bathroom had blown and looked ugly. The only other slight negative is the coffee at breakfast which is bitter, this might be a cultural thing as every coffee I had in Bilbao was the same

I booked 4 nights at this hotel for our stay in Bilbao. I selected (and paid for) the room based on getting a room that had a terrace/balcony, bath and a queen sized bed. Unfortunately the room I was given didn't have a bath and we got a double bed. I raised with reception however they said nothing could be done as they were fully booked. Sad times, still managed to enjoy Bilbao despite the inadequate hotel experience. I would suggest people look elsewhere for a stay in the city.

Stayed here 2 nights. Ths is a premium hotel with all the expected amenities. It is located in the heart of the city and is convenient to the local attractions and has a number of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom had a bidet. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was top notch and the staff was courteous and efficient.

Lovely modern hotel. White decor, very clean feeling but cosy. Restaurant for breakfast outstanding. Beautifully presented food & choices were excellent. Easily the best hotel of our trip. Highly recommend if in Bilbao, Spain

I find the staff to be unerringly, courteous, friendly, and willing to assist in any need that I brought to their attention. The hotel is located near performance venues good shopping, lots of cafés, and has a very good restaurant as well. The clean and eat rooms And the staff are to be commended on making my stay one that I will remember as I look back on my visit to Bilbao

Positive things. Courteous and cooperative reception staff, good general cleanliness, large rooms, pleasant environments, free WiFi fast enough and with good coverage, breakfast quite large and with good products. Negative things. House Keeping not up to par, Hotel location just off-centre, rooms facing inside are really dark, bathroom in the room with some flaws.

Nice hotel, well kept. Not so central but close enough. Recommendable.

Well located, nice rooms (with terraces in our case). Attentive and super friendly staff. What else could we expect?

Amazing stay, wonderful helpful staff all located in easy walking distance of all the sights. The continental breakfast is out of this world with the local dishes making the start of each day extra special

Beautiful interior, matches with time of the year (for example halloweenl). Plus great service and food. Also is in downtown bilbao. Love it.

Good service as expected. Unfortunately, after booking a superior room, we were given a room with two single beds pushed together. We queried this and were advised that they had no other rooms. The beds were terrible. They did not stay together, and rather than a large duvet , we were encased between sheets. The beds were extremely stiff and very uncomfortable. I did not enjoy the resultant backache.

Very large room with a huge bathroom, both super clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers parking. Great location within easy reach to all sites with a short walk

Loved our stay in this hotel. Staff were warm, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We shared the hotel with the Barca team but were still made to feel like their most important guests. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. Location super and handy for the Guggenheim. Reception staff were outstanding and gave us lots of excellent recommendations which added greatly to the enjoyment of our week long trip. Highly recommend.

Good location near to the museum, clean room friendly staffing, garage parking available. Rooms require some maintenance and refurnishment though.

Central location, surrounded by many shops. Bus stop to nearby town are all a few mins by foot. Rooms do look abit old, but overall a clean place. No issue with sheets or the mattress. Travelling time from airport by uber was around 20mins by uber. No issue getting a uber at 12am from the airport.

Positives: nice gym, helpful staff, good housekeeping, comfy bed, location. Negatives: the internet connection could be faster, very small window in my room (701) - with so little natural light, there should be more lighting fixtures.

Well it's COVID times, but they are doing their best to be festive and promote a happy feeling.

The staff go out of their way to be nice to you, and help. They score 10/10 on this front. Very clean. They take COVID seriously. The rooms were reasonably large (stayed in base level room). The location is very near SAN MAMES STADIUM, and the tram and metro stop. Its about a 20min walk to the old town, and 10min to the centre of town. The Wifi could be improved. In general, high recommend

Apart from being located in the heart of Bilbao, the hotel offers spacious rooms and delicious breakfast, which I recommend you book with your room, as Bilbao can be a bit of a late riser. The service was impeccable and the staff very helpful. All in all, great experience!

Is the best hotel value for money in Bilbao. Near to center , easy to get it and comfortable rooms (low noise , huge bed and bathroom) Special Mention about staff (reception and restaurant), really kind and customer oriented. Hotel has a new and full Gym. Breakfast are superb , Fresh fruits and juices , Show cooking and my tea corner with various flavors and spices. Congratulations for your job.

Fantastic stay. Great location. Near parks and museums and shopping

Ok hotel, room was decent. Comfortable bed. Nice gym.No refrigerator . Biggest problem was room was very hot and stuffy. Tried turning on air conditioner, nothing. Asked receptionist and was told the hotel had turned off the air conditioning for guests due to "cooler weather" on the way and energy savings. Was instead offered a small fan and an open window for comfort. Seriously, see attached photo. Obviously this was worthless so sleeping was miserable unless you like to sleep in hot stuffy conditions. However the lobby entrance was air conditioned and comfortable. Hmmm….

Excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location couldn’t be better, the rooms were super nice and comfortable, the food from the restaurant was very good, the breakfast bar is one of the best I’ve ever seen, and the bartender who runs the bar makes some of the best cocktails you’ll ever have in you’re life — he made the trip very memorable for us. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future. It is nice to see how much they care about every detail at this hotel. We really felt like we were at home!

I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in Bilbao! Large air conditioned rooms and very calm. Underground parking and great breakfast! Also a generous checkout time of 12:00. The negative points were that the water from the sink taps were sometimes only boiling hot. Also the AC settings were reversed (hot was actually colder than the cold symbol) so we only figured out how to use it properly on our second day. Service overall was very friendly. Only slightly frustrating point was that on the day of our arrival there was a cycling race blocking the streets of the hotel, meaning we had to park quite far away and walk with our luggage and bring the car back later once the race had cleared. Not the hotel's fault of course, but we would have appreciated them contacting us before our stay to warn us as we could have planned ahead or amended our arrival time. Nonetheless this is overall a great hotel and I would stay again!

You reach the hotel from the airport by car within 20 minutes. Hotel has good location in Bilbao. The hotel looks good and our Premium room was big and tidy however the hotel and the rooms need a little renovation and little refreshments in some areas and zones. Very good breakfast. Thank you

The check in experience was very frustrating. We had done the pre check in and it looked as if anyone was expecting us, Very cols and indifferent way of behaving. No one helped us with the luggage and parking in double line in front of the street was annoying. You have to pay for parking round the corner.

The hotel is on the main av. (Gran via) and within walking distance to the Gugenhaim museum, the surroundings are very pleasant. Our room (514) was nice, comfy bed but no view from the window, the shower was very nice but it could use a few hangers for the towels (there is none!), also the "make up/shaving miror" should be way lower. Breakfast is very expencive (18€ per person) Front desk are helpful, all in all it was a nice experience.
