You can go here for your lunch. They have really great food. Certainly, going to be a regular spot on my lunch time lost of restaurants. The quality of the food is really something to write home about. That is why I give them 5 stars. Worth every cent.

The room had everything that could be expected, but the cleanliness was not that great.

Affordable hotel option 15 minute walk from the center and close to the transportation. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean, yet small. We didn’t have the best sleep because our room’s window was facing a covered courtyard so there was extremely limited sunlight. Through that window, we could see the lights of the neighborhoods turn off and on all night. The walls are also quite thin so we heard when people passed in the halls.

Good Hotel in the middle of Bilbao. Room was clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking is available for 25€/day which i find quite expensive, but thats the price for convenience

A decent hotel. Room could use an upgrade. Also the breakfast is not what you expect in a 4 star hotel. Could be better. Great location though with (paid) parking available.

Excellent service and super friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is in an excellent location to explore the city. It is clean and well maintained. Our stay was wonderful. Not 5 stars because the three beds. were placed across the room, making it difficult to move. Also, the parking is very difficult in the underground garage.

Good place with good breakfast, near everything.

Everything was perfect. The location, the room and the staff were very nice, especially Nomeia the receptionist who gave us a lot of information about the city.

Poor service, one member of reception staff was particularly disagreeable. Very Expensive for a room that was below average for a 4* establishment.

The hotel is Modena and nice. The location is good quite central. The breakfast is not so soon great and it's too expensive. The price of the hotel is too high for the hotel. No complementary water in the room.

We just had a fabulous experience at this Hotel. The young girl on reception went out of her way to help us to visit San Juan de Gaztelugatxe. The room was excellent, beds extremely comfortable. We cannot fault our experience at this Hotel. Thank you Hotel Zenit for making our stay in Bilbao one to remember.

Stayed Friday night at the hotel. Hotel is nice but the restaurant was closed. Room was quiet and clean. Very good stay.

At first glance we werent sure but our overall experience is actually good! Hotel parking is expensive at 25 euro's per night/24 hour? . Sunday parking is free on the street and also during afternoon so perhaps you dont need to park at the hotel. Hotel is great location for going downtown. LOTS of pinxtos bars in the area so definitely need to check those out!

Location was great. Clean and comfortable. Just wish they had a gym and spa... Revision: Thank you for your response MG Customer Assistant. While you have agreement with the gym, it is outside of the hotel, and requires to get fully dressed if you want to use it - this is an inconvenience, especially in the winter. Also when I visited I was told it is closed on the weekend.

Really liked my time at this hotel. Located in a great location of Bilbao, away from the tourist centre but close enough for a leisurely stroll. 25 mins gets you to the Guggenheim and it’s a 10 min walk from the airport bus. It’s also close to the football stadium. We checked in a few hours early which was a great bonus. The staff always had a smile and speak several languages. The rooms were clean and equipped with a nice restroom area. The gym is across the road but is worth the walk. Friendly staff will show you the ropes in this very well equipped space.

A big problem of my own making was solved by the STAR SONIA!! Tzenit as always is the place to stay. Nuff said. My Camino begins proper on Fri 20th Aug. I'll keep you posted with my hotel posts. Cheers

Very worn down hotel in an urgent need of renovation. Room walls are very thin and door is not isolated from the hallway making it very noisy. The price might be low, but next time I will add 20€ for better and more updated hotel.

Lovely rooms and great staff! The breakfast was extensive, but wasn’t that fresh on our final day. The parking was expensive however. Overall, an enjoyable stay!
