I have stayed in low season and everything was outstanding. Highly recomended, everything was clean, tidy, safe, with a really chill atmosphere. Excellent to enjoy Bilbao.

Loveliest, most considerate staff you could wish for, we missed breakfast as we had to leave before 8am and the nice lady noticed this so left us a selection of breakfast stuff on our bed for the next morning! We stayed for a week, while we found somewhere more permanent (we're erasmus students) and it was perfect for us, we felt very at home. Highly recommend!

Such a great experience! The staff is welcoming, helpful and kind and they always have a smile for you. The hostel has a lot of character and personality and an unique style that reflects in every common room and also in bedrooms. Everything is protected with electronic keys and all around is clean and covered in useful informational snippets. Common rooms are spacious and there is such a great atmosphere! You would leave your wallet there without a single concern. Position is not as perfect as the rest, but Bilbao is so easy to explore by walk and hides so much beauty that this can't even be considered a minus. Very clean, comfortable and cozy hostel with excellent service! I really enjoyed my time and felt safe. It is not in the city center, but has good connection, you can take public transport or walk 20 min. There are also some great cafes nearby! Whenever I needed smth hosts were quickly to reply and helped - given locker recommending on facilities, providing extra blanket (I visited late autumn) I highly recommend:)

We had a veterany emergency with my dog before arrival and they were incredibly nice and flexible with the arrival time and checking at all times how my dog was feeling. They provide with a dog bed, bowls and snacks. Truly pet friendly! ♥️

The best attention, the staff is amazing, everything was sooo clean and the location is perfect...

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The place is also well kept and regularly cleaned. It is on the opposite side of town from where everything is. So be prepared to walk 20 minutes to the Guggenheim and 45 minutes to old Town.

Of the 3 hostels I stayed in in Bilbao, this was by far the best! It's because the people that work there are so personable and helpful! The space is also setup better than other hostels for socialization. They do a great job keeping the place super clean, too! I highly recommend this hostel

Cozy and small place. Pretty big rooms with lockers. We even have own bathroom in a room. But because of very tiny door to our room we heared everything what happen in a kitchen. Breakfast included. Prices totally ok. Ledder to higher bed is also very tiny, hard to climb. Any way nice place - would stay again

I arrived late and left early. this was just a bed for me to sleep in for a few hours. The thing that stood out most from this place is the staff. I was leaving before breakfast so they made me a breakfast pack and they waited up for me to check in. The rooms were comfortable and clean so this did the job for me

Staff are so friendly, you feel like we are friends from first moment. The hostel is clean and secure. Location is good, just walking distance from city centre and bus is also accessible. Enjoyed my stay there, thank you :)

Reservation and check-in can be done online. Very lovely and clean. Calm location near river. I spent just one night, no noise was heard at night.

Es hat mir hier sehr gut gefallen. Man kann einchecken, wann man möchte, da es sehr gut organisiert ist durch Codes. Das Badezimmer und die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, die Betten waren bezogen, es gibt eine Bettdecke und zwei Steckdosen an jedem Bettplatz :) Perfekt für mich! An den Wänden waren süße Katzen und es duftet gut. Für die Damen gibt es sogar Tampons für den Notfall auf den Toiletten. Die Küche ist süß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Da man zu jeder Uhrzeit erscheinen kann, kann es sein, dass nachts Leute im Zimmer einchecken, darauf sollte man sich natürlich einstellen, aber das ist ja klar. Die Schränke kann man auf Nachfrage mit einem Schloss auf kostenloser Leihe abschließen. 8 Minuten bis zur MetroStation, von dort erreicht man das Zentrum gut. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ein tolles Hostel, auch für Pilger zu empfehlen, nahe dem Zentrum und direkt am Jakobsweg.

Zimmer mit 8 Hochbetten! Ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber die Betten sehr sauber und frisch bezogen! Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr nett! Kommunikation auch über WhatsApp möglich! War für die Ankunft super!
