Tiene una ubicación privilegiada para disfrutar del casco histórico. Creo que estaría bien indicar en la web que no tiene recepción y el acceso se hace mediante código que envían al móvil un poco antes de las 14 h. y que es necesario enviar los DNI para hacer el check in. En nuestro caso, fueron muy amables y nos enviaron el código al móvil al llamarles y nos avisaron de que necesitaban la documentación, porque desconocíamos este procedimiento. La habitación sencilla, pero limpia, correcta, cama muy cómoda, ducha perfecta, incluso con microondas y pequeña nevera, detalle de infusión-café. La única pega que la ventana daba a patio interior, pero para pasar una noche perfecto y sino para otra ocasión reservaremos con balcón. Sin duda para repetir y recomendar. Relación calidad-precio-ubicación perfecta.

Very good location in El Casco Viejo. It can be a 5 stars review with better mattress. Except that everything else was perfect. We had a great time!

Nice and simple place with good location and connections to public transport. Close to the market with the pichos.A very nice coffee and cake shop nearby called Tilo that is worth a visit.

It's a nice place, clean, in the centre. A little noisy, not very light, definitely to stay away in August, during the Semana Grande.

Great place to stay in the heart of the old city of Bilbao. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby that sell fantastic pinchos and the Guggenheim musuem is only a 15min stroll away. Inma is a fantastic host who always greets you with a smile is very helpful with any questions you might have. It can get a little noisy at night but If you want to feel like a local of the old city of Bilbao then this is a great base for your stay.

We had the top floor duplex apartment, which is extremely nice and comfortable.

Tenia una reserva con ellos pero llego la pandemia del coronavirus y no se pudo hacer, llevamos 1 año posponiendo fechas y ahora que ya estaba todo bien y se permite viajar....a ultima hora lo he tenido que volver a posponer....me lo han cambiado sin ningún problema y han sido super amables

Te dan un código pin para abrir y cerrar tanto el portal como tu habitación, lo que es muy cómodo y aporta una sensación de completa independencia. La zona es la mejor de Bilbao. Mucha limpieza. Las habitaciones tienen todos los detalles: secador de pelo, estufa en el WC, manta extra por si tienes frío, micro, nevera y hasta lo necesario para prepararte un café. Recomendable 100%

Beyond expectations! Quiet, great location, clean, spacious room and bathroom. Perfect for a short stay.

Perfect location for exploring Bilbao! On a lively street (not loud) in the old town. Bars and shops nearby, above a small supermarket. We had room no 1 (there are 9), equipped with fridge, water boiler, microwave and fans. Special thanks to the staff of Arriga Suites; very pleasant contact, quick in responding to app and mail 24/7. They arranged our taxi at 5:30.

Unfortunately I can't give positive feedback. The room was hot, no air and light circulating at all, with the only window overlooking a crawl space. No air conditioning, only an old very dirty fan provided impossible to turn on because of the dust in it. Immediately we reported to the operator, who answered we had another fan incorporated to the light on the ceiling. But if we turned off the light also the fan did: eventually, we had no choice but leaving the light on all the time and giving up on sleeping. Very bad experience, never again with your company when in Bilbao, no air conditioning and dirty fan is honestly unacceptable

Perfect location! Family room is big and the bathroom is wel cleaned. Modern shower. The best place to stay, I will come back
