This hotel needs investment!! The main issue is the noise unreal the room next door had someone snoring they could have been in the bed next to me! The following morning, I had someone on the phone the other side I could hear the person they were speaking to on the phone total joke It's a cheap hotel, so I guess you get what you pay for. Staff seemed friendly and helpful I'm sorry I wouldn't go back

The hotel is located close to a square with a two-story underground garage and a large Carefour. The downside to the hotel itself is the lack of an elevator. Room without major complaints, normal size bed, bedside table, one main light. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower option and a small trash can. Another disadvantage is the lack of a balcony, and the view from the windows is literally for nothing, or after leaning out you can see the streets. The walls in the hotel are very thin and you can hear your neighbors without much problem. All in all, fine for a night or two, although I would suggest choosing a different hotel for a longer stay.

Tidy hotel, no thrills. Delivers what it promises. The room got a bit chilly at night, but there was an extra blanket. The only downside for room 108 was that the noise from people showering or flushing the toilet travelled loudly through the pipes and kept me awake. Other than that, the pressure in the shower was nice and strong, and towels were clean and soft. The receptionist was very helpful when I was trying to find a car rental. I would recommend if you have a low budget and need a good place to stay.

The location is really good. It's close to the centre and it's cheap if you compare the prices. There are always people at the reception (24/7). The room is fine, nothing luxury. Th problem is that when we were there, there was no hot water. So the shower time was a nightmare...

Kind staff but no elevator and thin walls. Also, at night there is some noice from people outside and street cleaners. But it was clean and for the price it was fine!

The only positive thing I can say is that it was clean. Nothing else. Mould smell in rooms, lemon smell in halls, not the most polite staff, awful breakfast.

Quite pricy for the poor type of service and quality. The location is good as it is surronded by public transport and amenities such as cafes, markets and high street shops and bares. At least the staff is friendly. The rooms and toilets are old. Apparently clean but smell and the bed clothes and towers too. The rooms don't have solid walls so are noise as we can hear the neighbours, housekeepers, TV, bathrooms, everything. Moreover builders came 9 o'clock in the morning without further notice to work just underneath our room and made a huge and annoying noise with jackhammers that vibrates the entire room. At least the managment could have moved us to another room, but it seems they don't care much about it. So it worths to search for another local hotel as there are another ones close by that looks better with compatible prices!

Been here for one night and there was not much to complain about. Loved the size of a room and a bathroom, all the equipment, including TV and AC, was functioning perfectly. Staff was always very friendly to us and on the check in the receptionist was friendly enough to explain about main attractions of the city. I think the only discomfort we felt was related to the temperature inside the room, because apparently the rooms are equipped with a strong heating system that cannot be controlled from the inside of the room. So there was two times the system was on and both times it got so hot we had to open the window and put an AC on the maximum. As for the windows, we got a not so pretty view to other buildings, which I didn't mind at all, but for those who prefer a better view it would be a good idea to ask for it while booking.

Window, which is not big, is located far from main part of the room, not a lot of sun goes to room. We saw cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. Very low level of sound isolation. Very simple breakfast, even for 6.95 euros: 1 cheese type, 1 meat, croissants, bread, cookies, juice, bananas, oranges and low quality instant coffee. In general, good value for money (47 euros for 2 people). Convinient location. Nice bed. Heating was available, but was turned off at early morning, before 7 am. Balcony, small, but better than nothing. TV. Parking, bike renting, teeth brush are available for additional fee.

I booked to stay in this property and when my car broke down on the road to Bilbao and I couldn’t make it they refused to waive any cancellation fees. It was an extremely callous act of greed in the face of someone facing serious difficulty and stress in a foreign country.

No ac or fan in the rooms making them almost unbearably warm. Could not open the window because of a commun balcony.

My experience was horrible from the check in to the check out . Soon as I arrived at the hotel , it looked like a homeless shelter or hostel . The building is very old once you walk in you can’t help but see the dirty carpet and dirty reception . No one bothers to clean as it looks . The check in was rather quick and then things start to go downhill when they tell me the hotel has no lifts whatsoever and all rooms are on the first and second floor . I was told I had to take my own luggage ( a 30 kg luggage suitcase plus a 10 kg hand luggage . Nobody helped me. After a long flight , this is the last thing I want to do . I even mentioned the risk of someone falling in the stairs and injuring themselves whilst attempting to carry heavy luggage by themselves in a narrow staircase . As I’m making my way to the room I can’t help but see how dirty the hotel is . They have stains on the carpet and the walls are literally peeling in every way possible , the hotel lacks of air con and natural light . It felt so crowded and there little space in between rooms to the point you actually share balconies and there no sense of privacy . The room allocated to me was dirty beyond belief . It was so small and the decoration makes it worst . I had to move the bed slightly to plug my charger and it is clear no one cleans behind what the eye can see . I couldnt sleep all night because it was noise coming from everywhere and someone kept banging on the wall as I’m watching tv . You can’t even watch tb without the noise travelling to another’s guest rooms . It was a lot of outside noise as it located in the city centre . Barely slept and it gotten so bad I decided to ask for a refund whilst in my room . Worst hotel I ever stayed in . Won’t return nor recommend . You are better off paying literally 5 euros extra and going somewhere decent . On the flip side , Expedia offered me a voucher for 25 euros as the hotel refused to issue a refund . I just think they should be kicked off the platform . The
